Shu Xin Yi Mai Fried Treatment Of Angina Pectoris

Objective: To further study the clinical effects and the mechanism of 揝hu Xiii Yi Mai Jian? Methods: 82 cases of angina pectoris with TCM syndrome of the stagnation of qi and the blood were treated with western medicine as routine. Of which, 42 cases were set as the hu Xiii Yi Mai han?treated group while other 40 cases were set as control group treated with i Ao Xin Xtie Kang? The clinical study of both groups before and after treatment were observed. Wistar rat models of angina pectoris with TCM syndrome of the stagnation of qi and the blood were made, and hu Xiii Yi Mai han?on the myocardial ischernia area, cytomenibrane?s fluidity, thrornboxane B2 (TXB2) was determined. The level of platelets activating factors CD62P, CD63, IECa2 + were also examined in clinic and experiment. Results: The prescription of hu Xiii Yi Mai Jianan lessen the myocardial ischemia area, decrease canliac mus- cle oxygen consumption, lower BP who had hypertension concurrently, improve the car- diac function and clinical symptoms. The experiment shows that the fonnulation hu Xin Yi Mm Jian?can lower the level of TXB2 in the acute myocardial ischeinia rats, lessen the myocardial ischemia area, improve the ischemic changes in EKG, regulate cardiac muscle cell membrane?s fluidity, and lower the level of platelets activating fac- tors CD62P, CD63, and LECa2 ?Conclusion: In comparison with i Ac Xiii Xue Kang? hu Xiii Yi Mai han?is more effective in resisting myocardial ischeinia, mu- proving micro - ciuculation, and relaxing angina in treating angina pectons with TCM syndrome of the stagnation of qi and the blood.
