Clinical Research On Guanmailing Treating Coronary Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the effect of Guanmailingfang treating Coronary heart disease with angina pectoris(Syndromes of regulate qi and invigorate the blood ),to explore their effects on CRP,IL-6.Methods:Sixty patient were randomly divided into two groups,applying Guan Mai Lingfang to treat 30 patients(treatment group),contrasted with to treat 30 patient(control group),The therapeutic was four weeks.Compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Result:1.After treatment,the observal items such as happen times of angina pectoris,lasting time,the dosage of nitroglycerin,syndromes of Chinese medicine,electroncardiogram,hemorrheology,CRP,IL-6,etc,had been obviously improved.(P＜0.05).2.After treatment,the efficacy of treatment in the treated group was obviously superior to that in the control group.(P＜0.05).3.There were no adverse reactions for clinical applacation. Conclusion:The method of Guanmailingfang on prevent and cure coronary heart disease with angina pectoris(Syndromes ofregulate qi and invigorate the blood)have good effects.
