Synergistic Antagonism. Pericardial Mu Point Combination On Cardiac Function Of Clinical And Laboratory Research

Objective: This study is clinical and experimental observation and research of the effect of coordinated pericardiac shu point and mu point. To observe whether the coordinated shu point and mu point has a cooperative effect or an antagonistic effect.Method: There were two parts of the study. The first part is clinical research. The cardiac function was taken as a observed index. We treated 48 cases with coronary heart disease with four prescriptions:Neigua,Danzhong,ueyingshu,coordinated Danzhong and Jueyinshu. We applied self-control so every patient was treated with the four prescriptions individually. The result showed that the coordinated points group could improve the cardiac function markedly. The second part of the study is about the research of experiment. We chose 54 rabbits, which were divided into 6 groups randomly. Animal mode of myocardiac ischemia was reconstructured by ligaturing left ventricular branch of coronary artery. The observed indexes included cardiac function, the area of myocardial ischemia, hemodynamics. The result showed the coordinated points group could improve the cardiac function, reduce the area of myocardial ischemia and lower down ET, CK, MAD and lift up NO and SOD.Conclusion: The clinical and experimental study revealed that the coordinated Danzhong and Jueyinshu had a much more marked promoting effect on the cardiac function than either of the two...
