Objective: This study is to observe the clinical effect of acupuncturing the method ofinvigorating the circulation of blood and tonifying the heart on premature heart beat, whichin the syndrome of stagnation of the heart blood, compared with acupuncturing only“Neiguan”(PC6) point, to find which therapeutic action is better by acupuncture. Methods:51patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with25and26cases respectively, the treatment group selected “Lingtai”(DU10),“Shendao”(DU11),“Baihui”(DU20),“Geshu”(BL17),“Neiguan”(PC6),“Sanyinjiao”(SP6) andperform with specific manipulation. The control group acupuncture bilateral“Neiguan”(PC6) point with electric stimulation. Each group has a treatment course of12days. After a course of treatment, a Holter examination will be given for the continuousand dynamic observations of two groups of the Holter changes of the patients. Results:The results show that both of the two groups can be curable to premature beat of theheart.(P<0.05), the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control groupwere68.00%and38.46%respectively. The comparison between the treatment group and thecontrol group had significant difference(P<0.05), the therapeutic effect of the treatmentgroup is better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Both Acupuncture the method ofinvigorating the circulation of blood and tonifying the heart and "Neiguan"(PC6)withelectric stimulation had clinical effects on premature heart beat in syndrome of stagnationof the heart blood, but the former therapy is more effective in treatment.
