Tumor Necrosis Factor of human(TNF), which takes part in many physiological and pathological processes, is a kind of important cytokines. The effects of bioactivity is made by binding with specific membrane TNF receptors (TNFR) which are present on a wide variety of different cell types. Two types of TNFR are identified as type I receptor (TNFRI) and type II receptor (TNFRII).
