The morbidity of asthma has increased worldwide over the last two decades ,asthma is a complex in flammatory lung disease which is multifactorial in origin. However ,it mainly because of inhaling antigens ,which active T cells in the lungs.the actived T cell results in the production of the Th2 cytokines, such as IL-4,which actives B cells to produce IgE. IgE can active mast cells and eosinopHils, then release a plethora of inflammatory mediators (e.g.histamine, LTs ,PAF,eosinopHil-derived basic proteins and protease).Individually or in concert ,these mediators cause asthma. The screening model in this research is to screen the inhibitors of IL-4STAT pathway. The culture broths of 3796 strains microorganism (1603 strains actinomycetes ,1901 strains fungi and 292 strains bacteria) were subject to the screening for it ,and from them ,2 strains were picked up. During our screening from microbial fermentation for IL-4STAT Pathway inhibitors ,WK-6326 and K97-5839 were found to produce the inhibitors of IL-4STAT Pathway .Two compounds (M6 and M7) were purified from WK-6326,one of them (M6)is new compound .one compound (W8)was isolated from K97-5839,W8 is known compound .Based on the data of UV,IR,MS and various NMR,the structures of M6,M7 and W8 are elucidated as follows:...
