| Objective:To observe PFP and GramB mRNA expression in the myocardial tissue of mice treated with compound prescription of replenishing qi and nourishing yin,invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and to provide objective theoretical basis for preventing and curing VMD.Methods:Replicated the animal models of VMD with the method of injecting CVB3mto the abdominal cavity of Balb/c mice repetitively.Deviding 240 Balb/c mice into four groups randomly,the model group,the high dose treated group,the low dose treated group and Enalapril Maleate Tablets treated group,each group consisting of 60 mice.30 mice were used as the blank group.Observed heart weight index(HWI)of VMD mice with routine method;the pathomorphology and ultrastructure of myocardium with HE and VG staining;PFP and GramB mRNA expression in the myocardial tissue with RT-PCR.Results:1.The compound prescription could reduce HWI of VMD mice, the effects of the high dose treated group were better.2.The compound prescription could improve the changes of pathomorphology and ultrastructure of myocardium in VMD mice,relieve the pathological harm of myocardium.3.The compound prescription could lower PFP and GramB mRNA expression in the myocardial tissue of VMD mice,the effects of the high dose treated group were better.Conclusions:The compound prescription of replenishing qi and nourishing yin,invigorating blood circulation and removing,blood stasis could lower PFP and GramB mRNA expression in the myocardial tissue of VMD mice;inhibit the degradation of extracellular matrix and myocardium remodeling.This maybe one of the mechanics of preventing and curing VMD. |
