Yu Yan is a famous Yi-ologist and the outstanding Taoism scholar between the end of Song dynasty (960-1279) and the beginning of the Yuan dynasty (1130-1200). His multiplication Yi-ology has the ideological content. Says in the form, his Yi-ology already has been in line with Confucianists during ancient sages explaining The Book of Change, also has "adopts the Yi-ology into the Taosim" to study and elucidate the Dan Dao then got supplementary biography. Taking this into consideration, the present paper intends to comprehensively discusses the scientific theory system of Yu Yan's Yi-ology, studies and elucidates the origin and the achievement of Yu Yan's image-numerology Yi-ology, meaning-pattern Yi-ology and Taoism Yi-ology, by clear reveals the logical relations of his Yi-ology's between the three tectonic plates, excavates his Taoism Yi-ology to study the achievement the scientific theory foundation, I want to get the comprehensively and appraises research about Yu Yan's Yi-ology.The paper divides into six parts, such as in turn:"Introduction"; First chapter "Yu Yan's Biography And Work"; Second chapter " Hmage-numerology Is Formed By Continued 'Han-dynasty'And Received 'Song-dynasty"'; Third chapter "Studies and elucidates the Yi-ology of Song-dynasty to form his meaning-pattern Yi-ology "; Fourth chapter "Yu Yan's Taoism Yi-ology are from adopted the Yi-ology into the Taosim ";"Conclusion".The first part is "Introduction", it says that the research of the Yi-ology is now in the depth development tendency, the paper chooses individual research motive and the aim at which trying hard comprehensively and systematically studies the Yu Yan's Yi-ology. Summarizes all the researches of present situation which Yu Yan and his Yi-ology, it can be divided into two main performance and two levels:First is from the history development longitudinal angle, the paper says the research about Yu Yan and his Yi-ology, including the status appraisal on Yu Yan's Yi-ology in the history of the Yi-ology. In view of the fact that this kind of research penetration in the history of Yi-ology is on the entire process, so that the research about Yu Yan's Yi-ology is merely general; The second is under the specific historical sight, most of the researches is on Yu Yan's individual biography, and the classes on Yu Yan's Yi-ology and corresponding academic achievement. Most of this kind of studies only has some special subject paper, on the one hand, some of them perhaps deepened Yu Yan's Yi-ology or has enriched the research on the content of Yu Yan's Yi-ology, but they could not systematically comprehensively know and appraised Yu Yan's Yi-ology obviously. This also causes the research of Yu Yan's Yi-ology to be the integrity, the systematic development request. The paper believed that, the research on Yu Yan's Yi-ology has more vital significance to lie in:Through the studies of the origin and the primary coverage inspection on image-mumerology Yi-ology, meaning-pattern Yi-ology and Taoism Yi-ology, it is advantageous in correctly and comprehensively knew and appraises Yu Yan's Yi-ology on the history of Yi-ology, on the history of Taoism, and even in the thought history of learning important influence. This also manifests the basic mentality of writing the paper. The essential method of the paper writing mainly lines on:The method of unifying history and logic, the method of comparison research, the method which proves using the literature historical data and so on.The first chapter "the Yu Yan's Biography and Work" inspects the time when Yu Yan was born and the society cultural context, individual biography and the work. The purpose of this chapter is discussing the course that Yu Yan imparted to read Zhou yi ben yi then read Cheng Yi's Commentaries under the historical circumstances between the end of Song dynasty (960-1279) and the beginning of the Yuan dynasty (1130-1200). When he was young, he began to study the Confucian school. His will was at the imperial civil service examination. When he was16years old, he was successful candidate in the highest imperial examinations through three roughly understand in the Southern Song Dynasty. Yu Yan's Yi-ology pays attention to both meaning-pattern Yi-ology and image-mumerology Yi-ology. His image-mumerology Yi-ology has the clue far from the origin. Neo-Confucianism grows vigorously during Song Dynasty. Zhou Dunyi, Zhang Zai, Cheng Hao, Cheng Yi, Zhu Xi and so on of the famous Confucian scholars, illustrated respectively "the Book of Change" by the different theory and the new sight. They threw over the Confucian righteousness principle and clarified the new one, so the meaning-pattern Yi-ology sent out the extraordinary splendor during both of Song dynasty. Yu Yan lives in the end of Song dynasty and the beginning of the Yuan dynasty, being conscious to study the theory achievement at the epoch. He constructed his meaning-pattern of Yi-ology. Source of his meaning-pattern of Yi-ology mainly includes three aspects, the first one was carrying on Zhang Zai's natural view which the gasification theories and the "Yi wu liang ti" theory; Second, Yu Yan inherited Cheng Hao's meaning-pattern of the "Tian ren yi ben" theory. The third aspect is that Yu Yan had carried on many theories of Cheng Yi's "Cheng Shi Yi Zhuan", such as "to take righteousness as necessary","to value center","changing to smooth is the important characteristic of Yi-ology" and "things will develop in the opposite direction when they become extreme" and so on. Above this foundation, Yu Yan formed the primary meaning-pattern of Yi-ology. His meaning-pattern of Yi-ology includes three inseparable aspects of outlook on the way of heaven, theory of human innate nature, and the theory of cultivation. The principle of Yu Yan's Yi-ology is the main road which Yu Yan obeyed to cultivate himself.Fourth chapter "Adopts the Yi-ology into the Taosim" mainly divides into two parts: First is the theory origin of his Taoism Yi-ology; The second is the thought of his Taoism Yi-ology. The paper inspected Wei Boyang's "Zhou yi can tong qi" and found the important origin of Yu Yan's Taoism Yi-ology; The theory of "Yuan yang yi qi" in Zhong Liquan and Lu Dongbin Daoist's prescriptions or exercises is the theory origin in which Yu Yan practiced his theory of "Xian tian yi qi". Yu Yan had a general outline of his practice in Taoism.The part of "Conclusion" discusses the unique contribution about Yu Yan's traditional and supplementary biography study of his Yi-ology at first. Next, taking the example as the celebrated Yi-ologist who was Li Guangdi in the Qing Dynasty whose "Zhou yi zhe zhong" and the renowned scholar of Yi-ology whose name's Hu Wei and whose "Yi tu ming bian" as, it analyzes the important influence from Yu Yan's Yi-ology for later generation's. It establishes Yu Yan's status in the history of the Yi-ology and the Taoism by the base of showed up. Finally, this part summarizes the pluralistic and rich content of Yu Yan's Yi-ology, and his Yi-ology was base on Cheng Yi and Zhu Xi's Yi-ology, and his Yi-ology absorbed many reasonable content of the front of the Confucian since Wei Jin, Tang, Song dynasties, Yu Yan sent his own viewpoint that the front Confucian did not send, and his Yi-ology has lasting achievements in the history of Yi-ology and even in the history of culture and thought development. His supplementary biography Yi-ology intends to the keeping in good health, the refine the pill of immortality. Yu Yan could quote "The Book of Change" everywhere in his Yi-ology of the Taosim. This clearly reveals his extraordinary study course of his Yi-ology which it took him dozens of years with ceaseless and personally practice. Yu Yan is without doubt the famous Yi-ologist and an achievement Taoism scholar who followed Zhu Xi during the end of Song dynasty and the beginning of the Yuan dynasty. And his multiplication Yi-ology is still developing its effects in the history of the philosophy and Yi-ology.
