On the American nowaday literature there are some important female writers as Maxine Hong Kingston , Amy Tan and Gish Jen . These female writers always insist on the Chinese model and the American value . Someone figures that their writing has been submit to the prejudice of the white , but another viewpoint is that these female writers who are born American Chinese nation have successly work out more interesting texts within the American culture with their Chinese model. Yan Geling is a typical writer of American new-immigrant Chinese writers after 80's . She describes the traditional Chinese has been settle down in west with the common mode of the new-time literature in China , and keep adjusting her writing to adapt complex and fluctuant readers . Her texts reflect east-west impact as well as individual choice in the face of different culture .This thesis explores into , in reading and analyzing the works by Maxine Hong Kingston , Amy Tan , Gish Jen and Yan Geling , the subtle difference among literature and civilization representations of these female writers , then try to illuminate the pluralistic composition of the modern female literature in U.S. so that it can be discovered which form the Chinese Nation culture contained in this style literature will be .
