| Wen-Jin-Northern and Southern Dynasties (in short "Six Dynasties") is a period in which the irregular and special character pattern in vogue. Moreover, the malapropism on the stone inscription was a more widespread phenomenon in that time. In view of the study of the malapropism on the carved stone on Six Dynasties being weak, the paper chooses this topic and more comprehensive researches on the malapropism on the period of time with the base on varies of rubbings.There are eleven sections in all.The first is introduction. In this part, we illustrate the conception of the malapropism on the stone inscription and related issues. And reviewing the history and current situation of the study on this topic, we explain the meaning, content, method and style of this paper.In the first chapter, we evaluate the phenomenon that the wrongly written characters were spread unchecked and inspected of the reason. In addition, there is a short argumentation about the characteristic of malapropism on different kinds of the stone carriers. For example, the stone tablet, engravings on a cliff, tombstone and Zhaoxiang, ect. As well as, it involves the different generating aspects of the malapropism on the stone inscription.The second chapter explicates the influence of the Libian and Han Dynasty's Lishu on the malapropism of Six Dynasties, from the angle of the evolution and development of the style of calligraphy. It also discusses a series of problems , for example, the phenomenon of caoshu with kaishu writing technique, the relationship between xingshu, nonstandard popular form of a Chinese character and the malapropism on the carved stones.The third chapter, with the inspection of the main root which the changed written method produced the malapropism, we analyze the related phenomenon of the changed written method and inclination. In this part, there is also a systematic presentation of some modify basic structural parts of Chinese characters that established by popular usage.The forth chapter is a classified investigation of some common wrongly writing conditions of the basis structural parts and an analyze on the reasons of this special phenomenon.The fifth chapter is about inspecting the phenomenon that the shift of the basic structural parts and the arbitrary changing of the structure of characters in the malapropism on the stones inscription.The sixth chapter is an attempt to seek that the malapropism produced by two mainly means which are the similar replacement of popular basic structural parts and the approximately similarity. It is an important method to analyze the malapropism by knowing Guwen and Zhuanshu and restoring the structure of Guwen. Therefore, in the sixth chapter, we use this method to classified investigates the malapropism in the carved stones.The eighth chapter, there are many argumentations about the more basically and common problem which is the phenomenon of the oversimplification, the complication and the similarity in Chinese characters. We analyze some detailed and specific issues or phenomenon in the light of the fact of the malapropism in the carved stones.The ninth chapter is about the investigation on two methods that are pictophonetic method of word-formation and associative compounds produce the malapropism. These two methods were the only existed forms in Liushu after Qin and Han Dynasties. They were also the basis of forming characters in Six Dynasties. Therefore, we analyze systematically these two phenomenons.In the tenth chapter, the inscriptions on the carved stone were the secondary works by carvers. Hence, it was a very important element that the engraving on the stones. Under the condition of the neglect ion of this problem, we attempt to seek to find the reason.The eleventh chapter explains that the malapropism were produced by multiple means and mutual elements and examples some more typical representatives of the malapropism.This paper's purpose is on discussing the reason and various means of the malapropism. We use the methods which based mainly on the character pattern and researched the root of the malapropism. And this paper may serves as relevance and helps to improve the ability of distinguishing the malapropism for the person who want to know the biaxial characteristics, regulars and the root of the malapropism on the stone inscription. |
