With the rapid development of Aerobic Gymnastic and improvement of technical and tactical skills, physical fitness has quickly become the focus of competition.The research studies the physical Fitness structure characteristics and physical fitness training of the Aerobic Gymnastic adult man athletes (key players and the hench) on National Aerobic Teams, A conclrisionis drawn as follows:1. Aerohic gymnastics is glycol ysis-haled sports, the inurcrohic metaholic capacityis the key factor in the completion of all the action, with the core strvn.ath and imnid muscle force as the dominant athletic quitlity.2. Morphology index research shows that the key players' hody fat percentage is relatively low and the muscle development is relatively good. The physical f'rinction index shows that with the increase of corrtret i t icon level and tire training period, the percentnge of Aerobics Gymnastics Athleties' power tends to drop and key players' cardiac I'unction index is relatively low. Movement quality indicator shows that as Far as strength quility is concerned, key players are obviotisly better than the bench in core strength, rapidity strerrgth of low limbs, staitie strength or tipper limbs; key players collahctive force is slightly stronger than the bench in shoulder and trunk Flexibility qualities key players are better than t Ire bunch in shoulder find trunk Flexibility; and the movcment speed and anacrohic endurance of key players are apparently better than the bench in speed endurance quality.3. The research selected11physique indexes or Man Aerobic Gymnastics, established the smcture models of Man Aerobic Gyrimastics physical fitness level and special physical ability and worked out the results of all indexes which are: Thomas No Limit0.115, Trirnk Dividing Flexor0.096, Left Vertical Fork0.095,30s Prone Push-Pull Ball0.093,60s Pike Straddle Jump0.092,60s Hip-At Right Angles To Support The Swivel Combination0.091, Inverted No Limit0.088, Anti-Shoulder0.087,120s"8"10M Shuttle Run0.085, Horizontal Fork0.084, Shoulder0.073. Thus special physical fitness indexes single evaluation standard and comprehensive level evaluation standards for Man Aerobics Gymnastics are established.4. The study makes situation diagnosis and gap diagnosis for the special physical abil ity of Man Aerobics Gymnastics athletes. The weight order of the target challenge model is:Thomas No Limii, Trunk Divided Flexor, Left Vertical Fork,30s Prone Push-Pull Ball,60s Pike Straddle Jump,60s Hip-At Right Angles To Support The Swivel Combinat ion, Inverted No Limits, Anti-Shoulder,120s"8"10M Shuttle Run, Horizontal Fork, Shoulder. The study indicates that in the future, low limb strength and core dynamic force should be improved.5. The study introduces the methods for core strength training and small joint musele group strength training. It optimizes the special physical ability training method system and throws light on physical training cycle's structure and load. Therefore, the study provides the theoretical basis for the overall improvement of athletes' physical fitness level.
