In the view of ethics the city is an ethical entity whose social life way and the contact way is unique. In the actual movement process there formed the fluidity, the non-uniformity and the characteristic and so on the computation ethics relations between the city members. Thus the characteristics of the city ethics order are constructive, strangeness and rationality.In the view of modernity the city ethics question mainly is based on following two aspects consideration: On the one hand, there lack the city research from the philosophy, especially from the ethics. It is one of the main reasons that cause the city research lack theory and cultural depth. On the other hand, the theoretical analysis and the reality critique to the modernity is the current theorists central words, the realistic question territory that we must face directly.
