Life return to the physical education, pondering the education from the view of life became a hot topic now. This Phenomenon is a reflection based on the ignore and trample the meaning of life in the traditional P.E teaching.The responsibility of contemporary P.E teaching should focus on people to make youngsters growing up healthy and strong. However, the current situation seems not optimistic, (to make it convenient to explore the problem,the teaching referred to in this article means the P.E teaching in primary and junior middle schools), the separation of life and teaching is very popular among all kinds of P.E teaching processes. P.E teaching lost its energy and meaning. The devetalization somewhat related to our longtime lack of concern about life in the teaching. According to this, the article attempts to interpret the original meanging of life and life education and analyse the source of existing problems in P.E teaching, to introduce the theoretical foundation for the value of P.E teaching, and at last to reconstruct P.E teaching.The first part(Chapterâ… )is exposition on basal theory. Focus on the practice of life education, the chapter elaborates the connotation of life and life education, the chacter and structure of life education, and what about the P.E from the view of life.The second part(Chapterâ…¡)based on the description and analysis for the life loss of P.E teaching. There is a traditional fault that P.E is always at the edge of education. The purpose of teaching is not to improve the quality of life ,but to reach rules formulated by the State and enter a higher school. The method of teaching ignore juvenile law of growth and their feelings.The relations between teachers and students are not intersubjective.All of which are related to our lack of paying close attention to"persons". Therefore, the article tried to explore some strategies to improve on P.E teaching. Following from the value of P.E teaching, it would show the life characterof P.E teaching process and accelerate development of persons.The third part(Chapterâ…¢) is focused on the value of P.E teaching. P.E teaching is a part of education, it is a social activity, but it is a life activity in the first. Although it has developmental value in politics,economy and culture, all the values aim at persons and persons'life. The life value of P.E teaching is a objective cognition about social value and individual value and a needed content about the body of teachers,students and society.A practical reconstructing path as well as some strategies was brought forward in the Partâ…£(Chapterâ…£,â…¤andâ…¥) from ideal purpose,process and teacher quality of P.E teaching. P.E teaching is an activity which cultivate persons. The core,body and purpose are all developing persons.We put forward the viewpoint that let students to master knowledge,technique and skill and to pay attention to the life experience in the P.E teaching process and to obtain healthy life. Not only content organization of P.E teaching, but also selection of method and basic point of evaluation, relations between teachers and students ,enviroment and so on are all based on persons.P.E teachers are both the practice of life education and a mode of existing life, they change life besides impart knowledge and technique.
