Aerial photography of high quality is the significant base of developing geographic spaceinformation products. As an important apporoach of getting high-resolution earth observationdata, aerial photography got prosperous application future in aerial photography for coastal zoneand island reef. This thesis conducts a systematic and thorough research on adaptability andnormalization of digital aerial photography for coastal zone and island reef, as well as qualitysynthetic control and comprehensive evaluation in aerial photographing. Quality factors areanalysed so as to form the quality control and comprehensive evaluation mode, to make effectivecontrol of every detail of aerial photography and get high quality final achievement. The maincontents and innovations are listed as follows:1. Systemetic analysis and research are conducting over technical detail and quality systemof digital aerial photography in coastal zone and island reef. Accuracy of aerotriangulation isbrought into quality evaluation system to establish quality control and comprehensive evaluationmode which contains5quality factors and quality subelements-flight quality, image quality, dataquality, accessory quality and aerotriangulation quality. This mode covers all the details in aerialphotography and is the foundation of quality control and comprehensive evaluation of aerialphotography.2. Regarding the characteristics of coastal zone, island reef and tide, caculating principleand caculating method of digital aerial photography flight factors as photography area division,airline laying, photography season and time chioce are researched. Relevance among qualityfactor, quality subelement and flight factor is analysed. Total solution of flight quality control,image quality and data quality control is proposed.3. Based on research over block triangulation precision of IMU/DGPS and IMU/PPPsupported digital aerial photography, the precision of digital aerotriangulation in large-scalemapping is evaluated and analyzed. A control method is put forward for aerotriangulation qualityin coastal zone and island reef. Suggestions are put forward over photography area division andairline laying.4. Weights and classification standard of quality elements and subelements are confirmed inthis study, while quality model and evaluation standard by multilevel weighting method withassistance of fault point deduction is established. The cloud model theory is brought into qualityevaluation of aerial photography. The process of evaluation uses stratified cloud modelintegrated evaluation method, not only establishes digital aerial photography qualitycomprehensive evaluation model by computing based on virtual cloud with all levels ofevaluation index, but also confirms the cloud model parameters and the expression of evaluation result.5. A prototype software is designed for comprehensive quality evaluation of aerialphotography, and comprehensive evaluation is realized for digital aerial photography of coastalzone and island reef with the assistance of multilevel weighting method and cloud model.Experiments show that, multilevel weighting method can effectively avoid result deviationcaused by evaluation and acquire score of each quality element to let analysis over aerialphotography more accurate and pertinent. The comprehensive evaluation based on cloud modelcan carry on synthetical operation based on evaluation of each evaluation index and enoughmedium quality information to make the evaluation process more exquisite and the results morereliable.
