Mineral resources are important parts of natural resources, which are also the important material basis for the developments of human society. The rectification of mineral resources development situation survey database(MRDSSD) and mineral reserves database(MRD) is a basic work carried out by the ministry of land and resources for strengthening the management of mineral resources. According to the requirement of the ministry of land and resources to the rectification of MRDSSD and MRD, and the registration statistics system of mineral resource reserves, and the administrative management target of mineral resources, aiming to the problems of huge amounts of multi-source, heterogeneous, and distributed mineral resources data existing in the unified management and seamless rectification, this study puts forward targeted solutions, by systematically analyzing the multi-source mineral resource databases, to integrate the different standard data and different time point data efficiently which belong to different data sources, different data structure and different data formats, to realize the renew of MRD, so as to achieve the purpose of updating and sharing the multi-source mineral resources data, to provide accurate and detailed support and reliable guarantee of the basic mineral resources data for the management and service of the government sector.The key technologies of the rectification of MRDSSD and MRD mainly focus on the following three aspects: images matching, data cleaning and the rectification and renew of MRD. For the images matching and data cleaning, there have been a wide range of researches on remote sensing signal processing, military affairs, industrial inspection, medical science, telecommunications and the big data of internet and other domains. For the first, as for images matching researches based on the pixel, transformation domain and features, and SURF algorithm with excellent matching effects has been applied to various fields; For the second, the researches of data cleaning technology mostly concentrate on data warehouse, decision support, data mining etc, especially on industries with high quality on the accuracy of client data, such as bank, insurance and security. The rectification of mineral resources databases is the first systematic cleaning of national mineral resources reserves since the database has been established 50 years ago in our country. In this aspect, the team members have carried out many years of explorations and experiments for the "two database rectification", and finally developed a set of integrated viable working plans with Bureau of Land and Resources of Sichuan Province at the earlier stage of the project. However, for the regional characteristics of Sichuan province and the relational complexity of massive heterogeneous data, how to break away the traditional working modes, make effective use of current information technology means, it is particularly important that how to solve the key technology issues of image matching, data cleaning, databases rectification and renew during the study, and finally form a new polytechnic process to finish databases rectification quickly, accurately and efficiently. Therefore, this paper carries out the research from the following several aspects:(1) Application research of contours and the terrain feature points cloud in mine position orientation domainThis paper complete the ruled inflection point storage and the calibration of spatial position, achieve preliminary correction of space graphical relationship of single-source database, based on artificial retrieval, geographical spatial coordinate transformation methods, according to the "Technical Requirements of Database Construction of Mining Resources Reserves Verification Results"; Simultaneously, for there is still existing "drift" position after the coordinate system and map projection are unified among multi-source data, this paper breaks through the traditional field verification model, take advantage of the improved block matching technology of SURF to study mine position orientation based on contours and the terrain feature points cloud.(2) Cleaning methods study of multi-source mineral resource databasesCount and analyze the consistency relationship of MRDSSD and MRD, and analyze the similarities and differences which cannot be effective rectification from data structure, reserves calculation unit, attribution of verification mine and registered mining and mining rights, other information four aspects. By introducing "data cleaning" technique, this paper puts forward the method of combining spatial location information and attribute similarity, takes advantage of registration database and mining right databases an intermediate database, to study data cleaning methods for multi-source mineral resources databases.(3) Renew of the MRDBy analyzing, locating and cleaning erroneous, missing and duplicate problems in spatial location and property information of multi-source mineral resource databases, this paper establishes the updating process of MRD to complete the rectification of MRDSSD and MRD. At the same time, the way of management and service of MRD are discussed.Through the key technology study of the rectification of MRDSSD and MRD, main development and innovation in this paper as follows:(1) This paper improves images matching technology of SURF operator, realizes the accurate positioning of the mine position combined with the traditional geomorphology and modern information technology. On the basis of fully exert the application breadth of digital elevation model of geomorphology and the depth of the mineral resource conditions investigation technique, this paper puts forward to turn the issue of mine geographic location into matching technology of contour lines and contour based on mine reference map, combined with DEM and computer algorithm knowledge factors, the block matching method of improved SURF operator was used to obtain the mine location directly from matching image. Through a large number of experiments, the algorithm has not only less computational complexity, robustness, high positioning accuracy, but also was better than the traditional field survey method for short time, low cost, simple operation.(2) For the rectification of the massive multi-source mineral resource databases, this paper puts forward to a new application of the "data cleaning" technology in the mineral domain. This article introduces the "data cleaning" technology into the field of mineral resources conditions survey, and make sure the multi-source database consistently based on the multi-source data cleaning method of combining spatial location information and attribute similarity, realizes the organic unity of spatial positional relationship and attribute information of mine area and mine mountain, and the often-tense linkage updating of the multi-source mineral resource databases, which resolves the problem of “dirty” data due to different definitions and standards, and then provides a new technical method to the rectification of MRDSSD and MRD.(3) Break through the traditional operating mode, establish a fast updating process of the mineral resource databases. Aiming to the complex characteristics of mineral resources data in Sichuan Province, combined organically the geomorphology, the data cleaning technology and mineral resources condition survey, also using synthetically of modern information technology, this paper establishes the technical scheme and the polytechnic process in carrying on updating the process of the multi-source mineral resource databases, which has achieved remarkable results. It improves work efficiency and the level of research of mineral resource utilization situation investigation, and provides the important technical support for the information construction of mineral resources.(4) Through the study on the key technologies mentioned above, this paper completes the updating of MRD based on the real scenario of mineral resources management in Sichuan Province. This paper studies and explores the key technologies of the rectification of MRDSSD and MRD with the situation of the real scenario of mineral resources management in Sichuan Province. By updating the verification results to MRD, this paper realizes the effective rectification MRDSSD and MRD, corrects the mineral resources reserves, complements the error, omission and old information in the original MRD, which can make the data structure of the updating MRD more reasonable, the accumulated reserves more reliable, achieve the purpose of sharing and updating the MRD and precisely control the accumulated reserve resources.
