Clothing comfort is composed of visual sense comfort, thermal-wet comfort and tactile sense comfort. The tactile sense comfort of clothing is determined by dressing contiguous sense. Human is the key feature in the research of dressing contiguous sense. It is necessary to research evaluation system of dressing contiguous sense based on human brain cognition, which is important to scientific and precise evaluate tactile sense comfort of clothing. Hence, it is important to explore method which can scientific and quantitative evaluate dressing contiguous sense. Experimental technique of cognitive psychology and computer will provide effective means to solve this problem.1. Main research purposes(1) Establishing evaluation method of dressing contiguous sense based on human brain cognition. The method is composed of evaluation indexes, quantization rank, development of evaluation system, stimulate device design and actual measurement.(2) Establishing psychological model of dressing contiguous sense based on evaluation indexes, mechanical parameters and specification parameters of fabrics. It will provide scientific references for specification parameters design of linen fabrics, meeting the requirement of standard method establishment of dressing contiguous sense.2. Main research contents(1) The concept of dressing contiguous sense is discussed based on previous research on clothing comfort and cognitive psychology. And the behavioral experimental paradigm of dressing contiguous sense measurement is designed.(2) The design project of stimulation signal control device is established according to the requirement of stimulation material in behavioral experimental paradigm to manufacture device.(3) The senses between fabrics and skin, generating by using simulation signal control device, are studied. The contrastive analysis of different dressing contiguous senses from different stimulation conditions by changing technical parameters, such as the contact velocity and force between device and human skin are analyzed to explore cognitive rules of dressing contiguous sense.(4) The relationships between dressing contiguous senses and mechanical parameters of fabrics and hand value of light-weight female outwear are discussed to explore psychic clue affecting dressing contiguous sense. The psychological model of dressing contiguous sense of linen clothing is developed based on specification parameters of fabrics.3. Main research conclusions(1) The researched results show that the proposed dressing contiguous sense is composed of urtication, roughness and smoothness. It is clear that tactile senses arising from between fabrics and human skin is not only have relationships with specification parameters of fabrics, but also have relations with main factors, such as contact area, contact force, relative movement velocity, temperature and humidity and so forth. It will provide scientific references for the technical parameters design of stimulation signal control device of dressing contiguous sense and cognitive behavior experimental design of dressing contiguous sense.(2) The innovation of the device is that velocity of device can be adjusted to simulate dynamic contact between fabrics and human skin effectively. And the force also can be adjusted to simulate contact senses between clothing with different weight and skin. As for linens with less variant, the analyzed results show that there is no obvious difference between tactile senses acquired by using device and that obtained by using manual model. It indicts that the developed stimulation signal control device is feasible, meeting the requirement of stimulation material in behavioral experimental paradigm.(3) There are significant relationships between dressing contiguous sense and contact force and movement velocity. When the force of device is settled, the measurement value of urtication and smoothness becomes small along with velocity increases great gradually. However, the value of roughness becomes great in the same condition. When the velocity is fixed, the evaluate value of urtication and roughness increases great along with force becomes great gradually. But the value of smoothness becomes small.(4) Dressing contiguous sense is not only has relationship between mechanical parameters of fabric, but also has relations between hand value of light-weight female outwear. The analyzed results show that specification parameters of linen fabrics, such as fibrillar component, linear density and yarn density are regarded as clues of dressing contiguous sense. It will provide scientific references for the establishment of psychological model of dressing contiguous sense. The psychological model of dressing contiguous sense of linen clothing is established based on the weight of those clues. It will provide scientific references for the design of specification parameters of linen fabrics to improve the property of clothing meeting the comfort requirement of customers’ dressing contiguous sense.4. Main innovations(1) From the perspective of theoretical research, the concept of dressing contiguous sense is proposed, the difference between dressing contiguous sense and hand feeling is analyzed. And the psychological model of dressing contiguous sense for linen clothing is established. Information fusion model of cognition is firstly used in the research of dressing contiguous sense.(2) From the view of research method, psychological cognition of dressing contiguous sense is researched based on same-different judgment experimental paradigm of cognitive behavior experiment. The innovation of cognitive behavior experiment design is that the stimulate material is achieved by using developed device to assure synchronism of experimental period. It will provide psychological evaluation model of dressing contiguous sense.(3) As far as technological means is concerned, the innovation of device is that the velocity of device can be adjusted to simulate dynamic contact between fabrics and human skin effectively. And the force also can be adjusted to simulate contact senses between clothing with different weight and skin.(4) As for application practice, the researched results will provide theoretical basis and technical support for quantitative presentation of dressing contiguous sense for the design of specification parameters, meeting the requirement of standard method establishment of dressing contiguous sense.
