| Objective1.To review and analyze the literature of CAG of Chinese and WesternMedicine.2. To investigate efficacy contrast of treating CAG of spleen and stomach’s deficiency with casing moxibustion combining decoctions and stomach restoring pills combining decoctions, in order to know efficacy advantages of the two ways’.3. Animal experiments is for further observing efficacy of casing moxibustion combining decoctions to CAG of spleen and stomach’s deficiency mice.Method:1.Literature study:to search database for latest study of diagnosis and treatment of CAG.2. Clinical study parts:CAG of spleen and stomach’s deficiency patients were assigned to3groups:stomach restoring pills group(Group A)〠stomach restoring pills combining decoctions’group(Group B) and casing moxibustion combining decoctions’group(Group C). According to their grouping, give them corresponding therapy. And then to contrast every group’s TCM syndrome integrations of pretherapy and post-treatment. Also to contast the levels of pepsinogens and gastrin of group C’s pretherapy and post-treatment.3. Using MNNG〠DOC and irregular diet way to make rats model of CAG of spleen and stomach’s deficiency, and then rats were assigned to4groups:control group (Group â… )〠decoction group (Group â…¡)ã€stomach restoring pills combining decoctions group(Group â…¢)〠moxibustion combining decoctions group(Group â…£).Then to contrast every group’s gastrin level of pretherapy and post-treatment.Result:1.Clinical parts:1.1The integrations comparison after10days’ treatment:Group A’s intergrations hasn’t statistical difference after10day’s treatment(P>0.05);Group B’ has the statistical difference (P<0.05), and Group C has significantly statistical difference (P<0.01).Group C has significantly statistical difference with the other two groups in decline integrations.1.2The integrations comparison after20days’ treatment:3groups have significantly statistical difference after20days’treatment between themselves (P<0.01). Group C still has significantly statistical difference with the other two groups in decline integrations (P<0.01)1.3The integrations comparison after30days’ treatment:all the contrast are as the same as the last time’s.1.4The integrations comparison after50days’ treatment:all the contrast are still as the same as the last time’s.1.5The integrations comparison after70days’ treatment:3groups still have significantly statistical difference after70days’ treatment between themselves (P<0.01).Group B and Group C hasn’t statistical difference in decline integrations, but both of them have significantly difference with Group A (P<0.01).1.6The integrations comparison after90days’ treatment:all the contrast are as the same as the latest times’1.7Group C’ s integrations declines quickly at prophase of therapy, and slows down at late stage.1.8Group B’s integrations declines common at prophase, but quickly at late stage.1.9Group A’s integrations declines slowly all the stage.1.10Compare every group’s integrations according to severity of intestinal metaplasia, and the result are as the same as the overall situation.1.11In Group C,There is statistical difference of gastrin between pretherapy and post-treatment (P<0.05),but pepsinogens doesn’t show the same result (P>0.05). 1.12There’s positive result on pathology of CAG patients, but it needs more research of confirm conclusion.2. Rats parts:2.1Using MNNGã€DOC and irregular diet way can make rats model of CAG of spleen and stomach’s deficiency successfully.2.2Three kinds of therapy all can improve cats’symptom.2.3There isn’t statistical difference of gastrin between every groups’ itself. But the very level of gastrin of Group IV is better than Group I, while poorer than the other two groups. |
