| Discussion:This study is designed to observe the acupuncture combined with Tonifying Kidney Chinese medicine compound Zi Shen Yu Tai Pill on hypomenorrhea endometrium receptivity, and establish the model of kidney deficiency type of endometrial receptivity of rats to explore factors related to adverse, hypomenorrhea and endometrial receptivity and influence, to study the control mechanism of hypomenorrhea to observe the effect of acupuncture combined with compound, Zi Shen Yu Tai pill in improving endometrial receptivity of the role, so for the clinical treatment of infertility menstruation and provide a safe and effective method.1. Clinical research on the effects of oligohydramnios on endometrial receptivity of kidney deficiency type of menstruation acupuncture therapy: 42 cases of the patients enrolled in the study, were randomly divided into the treatment group (acupuncture group) and control group (Chinese medicine group), the treatment group was treated by Acupuncture of Tonifying Kidney Chinese medicine compound Zi Shen Yu Tai pill and the combination of acupuncture and medicine for treatment, the control group used the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, a total of 3 menstrual cycles were observed before and after the treatment, menstrual volume, color, quality, the improvement of time; at the same time, the blood loss chart to evaluate the amount of menstruation, transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound blood flow state (Salle score, endometrial thickness, endometrial morphology, uterine artery blood flow parameters the uterus, endometrial and subendometrial) and TCM symptoms integral evaluation index of endometrial receptivity; acupuncture combined with medication effect on kidney deficiency hypomenorrhea patients with endometrial receptivity.2. acupuncture combined with nourishing kidney and experimental study of Zi Shen Yu Tai Pill on kidney deficiency model rats estrus endometrial ultrastructure:to establish the model of deficiency of the kidney of rats with hydroxyurea,408~10 week old female SD rats were divided into 5 groups, each group of 8 rats, with is normal control group, model group, Chinese medicine group, model+ model+ acupuncture group and model+ acupuncture combined with medicine group to explore the factors related to endometrial receptivity of rats, the rats estrus endometrial morphology, the changes of E2, P, FSH, LH, endorphin content to explore the acupuncture combined with Tonifying Kidney Chinese medicine compound Zi Shen Yu Tai Pill on endometrial receptivity intervention mechanism of action.Results:1. In clinical studies, the treatment group with acupuncture combined with Tonifying Kidney Chinese herbs Zi Shen Yu Tai pill in the treatment of 3 menstrual cycle, menstruation, patients with endometrial thickness and morphology, uterine blood flow and endometrial blood flow in such aspects as compared with those before treatment improved significantly (P< 0.05), compared with the control therapeutic effect was better in the group (P<0.05), the treatment group and the control group by comprehensive score than before treatment Salle score improved (P<0.05), two groups of comparison, the treatment group score was more significant (P<0.05). TCM syndrome before and after treatment, the improvement is mainly reflected in the "menstruation", "color", "quality", "soreness and weakness of waist and knees and so on, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).2. In the experiment,(1) compared with normal rats, the use of hydroxyurea to light after modeling, rats hair loose, loose, significant weight loss, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rat estrus scanning microscope endometrial morphology showed heterogeneity, a small amount of pinopodes showed focal expression, and the development of pinopodes are not synchronized, most of the intimal surface covered with dense microvilli, unclear boundaries between cells. See the endometrium endometrial morphology with columnar epithelium and some off, some epithelial cells, vacuolar degeneration, in the lamina propria and there was infiltration of inflammatory cells, vascular congestion, inside and outside the muscle layer of blood vessels hyperemia was significantly.(2) After the acupuncture combined with Tonif ying Kidney Chinese herbs Zi Shen Yu Tai pill in treatment, rats, hair dry hair loose, loose stool, weight loss situation improved. The rat estrous cycle in endometrial surface scanning mirror covered with rich membrane like small protrusions, part of the projection surface is smooth, the top is a mushroom shaped without microvilli, for fully developed pinopodes, part of the micro continuous wool top fusion, a smooth trend, as the development of pinopodes. Estrus endometrial morphology in uterine epithelial cells are columnar, visible glandular cavity and blood vessels in the lamina propria, while no obvious pathological changes.(3)Changes of rat hormone in E2, P and E2/P:rats in the model group, the serum E2 content lower than normal group, Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group, acupuncture and medicine group. Compared with the normal group and model group, there was significant difference (P<0.01). The Chinese medicine group compared with the normal group, there was significant difference (P<0.01). The acupuncture group compared with model group, there was significant difference (P<0.01). Acupuncture group compared with model group, there was significant difference (P<0.01). The value of P and the comparison between groups was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The acupuncture medicine group is the highest ratio of E2/P in the 5 groups, the difference between the groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). E2/P ratio in normal group and acupuncture group compared with statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, the acupuncture group with statistical significance (P<0.05).(4)Changes of rat hormones FSH, LH:normal group LH level is highest in the 5 groups. Normal group and model group compared with significant difference (P<0.01). The acupuncture group compared with model group was statistically significant (P<0.05). The acupuncture group compared with model group was also statistically significant (P< 0.05). The FSH value differences between groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(5) Changes of rat beta endorphine level:the rats in the model group, the levels of beta endorphine more than normal group, Chinese medicine group, acupuncture group, acupuncture medicine group. The normal group and the model was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Chinese medicine group and the normal group was also statistically significant (P<0.05). Normal group and model group were statistically significant (P<0.05). The Chinese medicine group and the normal group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison between acupuncture group and model group were statistically significant (P<0.05). The acupuncture group compared with model group was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Zi Shen Yu Tai pill can significantly improve the menstrual blood volume in patients with kidney deficiency hypomenorrhea kidney tonifying traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with nourishing kidney by promoting increased endometrial thickness, endometrial morphology, improve local blood perfusion, thus improve the endometrial receptivity.2. Acupuncture combined with Tonifying Kidney Chinese medicine compound Zi Shen Yu Tai pill can regulate the endocrine disorders of kidney deficiency and poor endometrial receptivity in rats. Acupuncture combined with Zi Shen Yu Tai pill can improve the endometrial receptivity may act through the up regulation of E2, LH and beta endorphine expression.3. Chinese herbs Zi Shen Yu Tai pill combined with acupuncture can improve the expression of pinopodes and may be to promote one of the mechanisms of endometrial receptivity. |
