Research About Huanglianwendan Decoction Alleviate The Disorder Of Lipid Metabolism To Prevent Diabetes Mellitus

Objeetive:With the traditional theory about <HuangDiNeiJing>, using huanglianwendan decoction in prevention of insulin resistance of SD rats fedding high fat diet. To investigate the microscopic mechanism of diabetes which prevented by Chinese medicine and provide experimental evidence for clinical prevention of diabetes.Methods:SD rats were fed with high fat diet as animal models, then gavaged simultaneously. During the experiment, detecting animal mental state, activity, fur color, feeding conditions, abdominal circumference, height, weight, death, FPG、Lee’s. At8week, taken blood samples and tissue samples for analysis. By Elisa to detect FINS、Omentum tissue PPAR-γ、APN、NO、 ET、TG、FFA and other related biochemical indicators, measured blood rheology, and calculated HOMA-β、HOMA-IR and ISI, taked omentum tissue pathological section, did statistical analysis between the various indicators of group by ANOVA.Results:1. Huanglianwendan decoction can reduce the body weight of SD rats, and decrese the abdominal circumference, the visceral fat wet weight, So the decoction can suppress ectopic fat deposition.2. Huanglianwendan decoction can reduce the FFA, TG levels, to relief the metabolism disorders.3. Huanglianwendan decoction can increase the release of NO and decrese the ET levels, improve the blood rheology, reduce the endothelial cell dysfunction.4. Huanglianwendan decoction can increase PPAR-γ, APN release.5. Huanglianwendan decoction can increase the HOMA-β, ISI and inhibition of HOMA-IR, to relief the insulin resistance. Conclusions:Decoction with huanglianwendan can prevent high fat fed SD rats insulin resistance and prevent the occurrence of type2diabetes. Its possible mechanism is to increase the release of PPAR-γ, APN, relief the lipid metabolism, maintain vascular endothelial cell function, increase insulin sensitivity, ultimately prevent the occurrence of type2diabetes. The results suggest that short-term high intake of high-fat diet which can recommend taking herb decoction, in order to prevent diabetes.
