The Basic Theoretical Research Of Palmprint Diagnosis

Objective:Hand diagnosis is an inherent technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and has been recognized as a "Science and Technology Promotion Project" by the state administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Palm Print diagnosis evolved out of the technique of "inspection" practised in Chinese Medicine. Standards need to be developed, which will promote a focus on positive advancements in the field of Palm Print Diagnosis.Methods:1. Through researching, analysizing and evaluating medical records data and theoretical literature, the thoughts of Palm Print academics contained in these works can be summarized.2. Through the analysis of individual case data.Results:Further investigation is required into the mechanism and principles of Palm Print diagnosis, in order to improve techniques by applying the Traditional Chinese Medicine method of "Inspection".Conclusion:Palm Print diagnosis has its limitations and needs more comprehensive analysis using a variety of diagnostic methods in order to enhance clinical services. This research project is aimed at improving clinical practice.
