The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder Joint By The Heritage Method Of Mr Luo

Objective:Periarthritis of shoulder joint was known as Shoulder coagulation disorder referred to chronic inflammatory injury of the muscles, bursa, tendon and articular capsule around the shoulder. The clinical characteristic of frozen shoulder is pain and dysfunction of the shoulder joint. This disease is common seen by old men, female than male, left hand than right hand. Pain has always been one of the most direct human feelings for the disease. Because of the pain, frozen shoulder often affect the quality of the patients’daily life. Part of daily action could not be completed normally, for example, combing hair, putting on clothes, lifting back which would hurt the physical and mental health of patient. So the doctor and patient, It is the primary purpose to find out how to effectively relieve pain caused by the periarthritis of shoulder in clinic.The clinical effect of heritage of Mr Luo is summarized by the clinical experience of Mr Luo in the medical hall including traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture & moxibustion & massage and bone fracture sprain in Hongkan of HongKang. The method has More than 20 years of tradition.It includes massage and outlay traditional Chinese medicine and has good clinical curative effect. The main purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of heritage of Mr Luo and the Tiaokou and Chengshan proximity with points to treat periarthritis of shoulder. Compare the effect of clinical treatment through the change of shoulder joint pain and joint parties to activity to comprehensive evaluate the clinical efficacy of heritage of Mr Luo treatment on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:The experimental study was conducted in the medical hall including traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture & moxibustion & massage and bone fracture sprain in Hongkan of HongKang from 2014 July to 2015 July.60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder joint were divide into two groups, including 30 cases of treatment group and 30 cases of control group. The treatment group is used the heritage of Mr Luo,including massage with outlay traditional Chinese medicine, the control group is used stabbed through the Tiaokou and Chengshan proximity with points. It is a random, single-blind controlled trail. Both groups have exercise rehabilitation. Treatment above was be carried on once every day. Two days can be rest in a week. The result value and analysis will be carried on after two courses. Compare the effect of clinical treatment about pre-treatment and post-treatment, and compared to the treatmeng group and the control group through the shoulder joint pain and joint parties to activity to evaluate.Results:1. Before the treatment, there were no statistical difference found in gender, age, shoulder joint pain degree of and the shoulder joint activity degree (flexion, extension, abduction, external rotation, adduction) in these patients, group by t test (P>0.05). After the treatment, the difference that shoulder joint pain degree between two groups had noticeable statistical significance (P<0.05).2. After the treatment, there are noticeable statistical significance (P<0.01) found in shoulder joint pain degree of and the shoulder joint activity degree comparing pre-treatment.3. Comparing with the two groups about post-treatment, there are noticeable statistical significance (P<0.01) found in shoulder joint pain4. After the treatment, the difference that shoulder joint activity degree of flexion, extension, abduction and external rotation between two groups had noticeable statistical significance (P<0.05), the efficacy was no statistical difference in the adduction(P>0.05).5. Comparing with the clinical effect on the massage with outlay traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group had noticeable statistical different significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:The heritage of Mr Luo treatment and the Tiaokou and Chengshan proximity with points,the exact effect of the former than the latter,especially in improving the pain, shoulder flexion, extension, abduction, external rotation.The heritage of Mr Luo treatment the clinical efficacy of therapy is better the Tiaokou and Chengshan proximity with points method.
