This topic selects the three dominant music phenomena----“the same clan folksong”,“the changing of banqiang”and“ba ban” from the Chinese traditional music,using literature and “field work” to subtly analysis the “one tune multi-varied”livingcase of Chinese traditional music. This topic also study how traditional music take its“one tune multi-varied” practice with the influence of the traditional philosophythought and thinking habit in the view of anthropology.The article is divided into eight parts: introduction, chapter one is the historicalcarding of “one tune multi-varied”.The second/third/forth chapter mainly talk aboutthe conception of “one tune multi-varied” be practiced in “the same clan folksong”,“ba ban”and“the changing of rhythm and melody of a tune”.The fifth partdiscuss the meaning of “one tune multi-varied”.The whole content of the dissertationcontains is as follows:1. Defining the “one tune multi-varied”.“one tune multi-varied” has something todo with "one tune is multi-used", they are not equal, so cannot be confused.Historicalterms related to “one tune multi-varied” can be seen a lot, including variation, change,bian,fan, die,turn and sha etc..2. Philosophy research related to “one tune multi-varied”: Confucianism,Taoism and the zhouyi is the important ideological basis of Chinese philosophy.Harmony,changing, thriving is the core values of the Chinese people to pursuit.Improvisation, adaptation and transplantation, inheritance and spread is the importantsocial behavior and institutional factors to make the traditional music vary. In asense,Confucian and Taoist thought constraints to the extent of variation,even for along time,the artist dedication to implement the music values of the ethnic throughcooperation, they never emphasize individual highlights role in music practice.3. Research about the type of social behavior and constitution related to “onetune multi-varied”:comprehensive research on the music in culture can’t avoid howmusic is organized in society. Social behavior of music such as improvisation,adaptation and transplantation, inheritance and dissemination, language and speech,music institution and so on all affect the change of music.4. Historical carding of “one tune multi-varied”:Chinese traditional aestheticpreference is making the simple music cell complexity through small changes of the music structure factors such as melody, rhythm, timbre, dynamics, speed tonality andtexture to complete the gradually development of music and aesthetic satisfaction.The history of music changing no fault, but continuous run through the developmentof traditional music.5. The technique analysis of “one tune multi-varied”: the development of musicmeans to make the music complexity, but the music analysis is one of reversebehavior to clarify the music framework,to make the hidden music theme looksclearly,this method called reverse reduction.
