Based on the framework of Marxist theory, related theories of philosophy, science ofculture, communication and social psychology, etc. are referenced in this paper.Multi-disciplinary research methods are combined and the thinking way of ideological andpolitical education subject is used, the communication of Marxism in China is investigatedfrom the view of history and reality firstly. From the multi-dimensional perspectives of thetheoretical pursuit, practical way, the media integration, and the change of discourse, etc., theroot of difficulties and problems which Marxism is transmitted in China is reflected deeply.Then the public communication of Marxism shall be placed in the realistic social context tooptimize its structure. The development of communication media and the reality of socialpublic opinion environment are analyzed objectively. The thought psychology, knowledgestructure, the accepted habits of audiences and medium choice preference shall be studieddeeply. On this basis, the cultural carrier and operating ways of the public communication ofMarxism are explored. And the workable principle and method of culture transmission are putforward. Then, the discourse system of Marxist theory and the discourse system of differentaudiences are analyzed deeply, the linking point of the both is explored, and the discoursetransformation mechanism of the public transmission of Marxism is studied. At last, theproblem that how to improve the disseminator quality of the public transmission of Marxismis thought. In order to make them have the cultural consciousness and practice ability of thepublic communication of Marxism. The envisaging on the guarantee mechanism and theevaluation mechanism of the public communication of Marxism is put forward. A powerfultheoretical guidance and action wisdom are provided to promote the whole process of thepublic communication of Marxism and strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness ofideological and political education.This paper is divided into six chapters, and the concrete expansion is as follows:Chapter I is the theoretical interpretation of the public communication of Marxism. Fromthe dimensionality of scientific theory, the basic problems of the public communication ofMarxism are explained. First, the concept of the public communication of Marxism shall bedefined, the significance space established by the public communication of Marxism shall beclarified mainly, i.e. the common understanding of the symbol meaning, the general close ofthe cultural situation, the agreement and conforming of communication psychology. Second,from the perspective of communication, characteristics of the public communication ofMarxism need to be analyzed. The popularity of communication subject, the diversity ofcommunication carrier, the multi-materialization of communication objects,and the popularization of communication contents. Finally, from the view of cultural philosophy, thereal purpose of the public communication of Marxism is analyzed. Based on the realisticfoundation of the life world, psychological identification of audience emotion shall bearoused, theoretical path of subject spirit need to be focused on, and the understandingfinancing of communication reason shall be pursued.Chapter II refers to the historical review of the public communication of Marxism. Fromthe dimension of history, the communication history of Marxism in China shall besummarized deeply. The research of any problems can not put aside history and separatehistory. Although the name of the popularization of Marxism does not exist in history, thepopularization of Marxism is in deed. So, it is needed to be analyzed and summarized deeplyto the paradigm evolvement, historical logic and successful experience of the publiccommunication of Marxism.Chapter III is about the realistic review of the public communication of Marxism. Fromthe dimension of reality, the realistic dilemma and the root of problems are analyzed deeplywhen Marxism is communicated in China. Firstly, the predicaments of the spiritual demand,the practical way, the media integration, and the discourse transformation are faced when thepublicity of contemporary Marxism is communicated. Secondly,the roots of problems are thearrogation of communication subjects and forgetting of audiences, the declining of the textcharm and the distortion of reading, the limitation of theory interpretation and the dispellingof reality when the publicity of contemporary Marxism is communicated.Chapter IV is the optimization of the public communication structure of Marxism. First,the communication structure needs to be constructed and perfected, when the problem of thepublic communication of Marxism needs to be solved. The system structure of the publiccommunication of Marxism is the constituted elements or the subsystem in the process ofcommunication and operation, including the subject, audiences, the carrier, and theenvironment of the public communication of Marxism. In order to promote the publiccommunication of Marxism, the communication structure needs to be constructed andimproved. First, the position, function and role of these elements in the system structure shallbe cleared. Second, the operation process and contradiction of elements in the systemstructure will be analyzed. At last, the communication structure need to be optimized, in orderto make the function of get the biggest play.Chapter V is the choice of the public communication way of Marxism. The problem ofthe communication way is the main problem existing in the public communication ofMarxism. Marxism is a good theory, but in practice, the thinking way and communicationmethod are unreasonable, which leads to the problem in the acceptance of people. The way ofthe public communication shall conform to the appreciation appeal and acceptation taste ofmost people, and it shall adapt to the accept ability, knowledge level, interest direction and psychological needs. So it needs to study the following aspects. First, the thinking way of thepublic communication of Marxism; Second, the method application of the publiccommunication of Marxism; Third, the dialectical relationship between the thinking way andmethod application and the rational construction.Chapter VI refers to the exploration of the public communication mechanism ofMarxism. The reasonable communication way can achieve its purpose by the scientificoperation mechanism, and which is a guarantee to make it implemented smoothly. First, thediscourse transformation mechanism of the public communication of Marxism. The thoughtof the text theoretical discourse transferred to the popular narrative discourse, the mainstreamcultural discourse transferred to the public cultural discourse, ideological discoursetransferred to the daily life discourse in the public communication of Marxism need to beexplored. Second, the long-term effective work mechanism of the public communication ofMarxism. How to realize the cultural consciousness and action consciousness of the publiccommunication of Marxism need to be thought deeply by leaders at all levels and thetheoretical workers. The social policy of realizing the public communication of Marxismneeds to be thought deeply. Third, the effect evaluation mechanism of the publiccommunication of Marxism. The effect evaluation of the public communication of Marxismincludes the evaluation subject, the evaluation standard and the evaluation feedback.
