With the acceleration of professional ization and commercialization process of competitive sports development, sporting events increased significantly, increasing the intensity of competition, the characteristics of high input high-value and high-risk of track and field athletics training increasingly significant. Its effective risk management is a strong guarantee for the rise of Chinese track and field. In my paper, I consider the Professional training risk of the track and field sports training in China as the research object, on the basis of analyzing its characteristics, completed the risk identification process by constructing the risk identification framework system; and establish and analyze the risk assessment index system after the weights of indicators are analyzed and calculated. At the same time, by analyzing the risk assessment case of the track and field professional athletic training team in Shaanxi province, I put forward a few strategies and measures of professional track and field sports training to deal with the risk in our country. It consists of the following six conclusions:Firstly, professional athletic training for the track and field in our country is defined as:the provincial training activities carried out by each provincial track and field sports management center. The essential characteristics of track and field events and high level athletic training for the track and field in China was defined and discussed. I defined the "professional athletic training risk for the track and field" from the two aspects of broad and narrow senses, and classify them.Secondly, I analyzed the principles of the risk identification system of professional track and field of our competitive system, such as, relevance, practicality, development and so on. Adopping three risk identification methods of expert interview, list-check. and combining with the expert interview results and suggestions, I analyzed the risk factors of professional track and field sports training in China from the four aspects of systematic (personnel risk, environment risk, system risk and the risk of the other). At last, a system of risk identification framework was preliminarily constructed, consisting of 3 top indexes, 11 secondary indexes, and 51 three-level indicators.Thirdly, having combined with the result of expert interviews and Delphi method, and having demonstrated on the risk identification framework system, I set up a risk assessment index system, consisting of 3top indexes,9 secondary indexes, and 40 three-level indicators.Fourthly, network analysis method was adopted to establish the network structure model of the index system for the Risk assessment of professional athletic training; after the statistics of the expert’s empowerment results, I calculated the weight of each evaluation index in the way of Super Decisions. Among them, personnel risk and system risk add up to 90.34%. As for the weight distribution of secondary indexes, Athletes risk, coaches risk, management risk, reward risk, athletes’ re-employment risk add up to 87.72%.Fifthly, having fuzzily analyzed the above aspects and 27 three level indexes by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. After a series of estimates, there are high risks in athletes, bonus system and athletes’ re-employment in Shaanxi Province track and field athletic training. Risks in these fields are obvious, such as emotional state, personal relationship, the checking system, the personnel system, integral system and talents selection system.Sixthly, On the basis of analyzing the problems which our track and field athletic training should face, I elaborated four kinds of common risk coping strategies, and put forward some concrete measures.
