In The research of middle class under the traditional framework of the structure and function of consuming behavior more focus are placed on the research priorities of the macro-social structure, emphasizing the role of social integration and social system. In fact, as an individual consumer in social relations of marriage, not only economic behavior, but also social behavior, as an important household consumption, directly reflects the income levels and social-economic development of urban families. At the same time it inevitably affected social pluralism cultural practices. Different times, different sectors of the married consumption also reflect the basic characteristics of social development, as well as the period of transition and changes of the society.With the globalization, economic development and social structure of China has undergone tremendous changes.increasing urbanization promoted the expansion and modernization of the pace of digestion the traditional dual society? The middle class as a catalyst played the increasingly important role. College teachers come from all over the country, different families and social backgrounds, and even different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.Most of them go through a rigorous screening process, they possess high quality life, good study and work environment.with a broad range of knowledge, a stable income, they pursuit independence, complete university spirit. We can say, university teachers can be effectively represented the middle class society.This article seeks to discover the nature and characteristics of modern middle class marriages by showing panoramic depth tracking interviews, trying to get rid of the past research methods of simply calculating the cost increases which is supported by the structural functionalism orientation, trying to borrow segments and analytical framework Fusion Theory, Perspective blend of class theory, to the transformation of Chinese society as the background to the consumer as the starting point of marriage to represent the middle class teachers in College as the research object, aiming to parse the logic behind consumer behavior and changes. Based on this, by defining and expanding the connotation of marriage consumption, this paper reflects consumption during marriage as a subjective choice, also stressed the construction of the objective, it is a dynamic process of continuous development. The perspective of University Teacher’s marriage consumption can be the entry point of, Chinese social class.
