| Based on the need of semi-continuous mining system with self-moveablecrusher in large open-pit coal mines, this dissertation comprehensively appliessurface mining theories, mining engineering system theories, technology economicstheories, as well as computer technology. Taking Pingshuo mine area as an example,we investigated the application range, equipment matching, mining parameteroptimization and environmental benefit assessment of semi-continuous miningsystem with self-moveable crusher, through investigation researches, theoreticalanalysis and spot engineer practice.According to previous studies, the application on the semi-continuous coalmining system with self-moveable crusher in Pingshuo mine area was analyzed,firstly. It is considered that the technology can be adapted in stripping and coalmining in every surface mine of Pingshuo mine area. It is reasonable andeconomically viable to apply the technology in stripping above No.4seam roofunder the condition of inner dumping as well as leaving ditch between miningdistricts. Meanwhile, the optimal mining technology of No.9seam mining isself-moving crusher with tunnel conveyor transporting. Semi-continuous coalmining system with self-moveable crusher equipment selection and miningparameters integrated optimization model was established according to the featuresthat equipment selection and mining parameters are mutual influence as well asrestraint during the optimization for mining system. The dissertation focused on theoptimization of working face operating parameters in core of excavator strip width,the parameters of the group bench and equipment layout. It is suggested that the stripwidth is31.8m for excavator with55m3bucket. Each bench arranges a conveyor andmakes a move after twice mining. Two conveyors locates alternately shift within thescope of system services of semi-continuous system. When dumping conveyor beltconveyor face transference, the trunk conveyor is extended. Environmental benefitevaluation model for adopting semi-continuous coal mining system withself-moveable crusher was established. It is thought that when using mining truck,the transportation energy consumption is4~12times to the belt-conveyor, and theCO2emission is3~10times. The semi-continuous coal mining system withself-moveable crusher also has obvious advantages in emissions of nitrogen oxidesand sulfur dioxide in terms of air pollution. By optimizing and comprehensive assessment of semi-continuous mining systemwith self-moveable crusher, the dissertation suggests six sets strippingsemi-continuous system should be arranged in Pingshuo mining area, it predicts thatthe whole stripping capacity will reach81.0Mm3/a, and the average economicbenefit in10years will be100million yuan per year. The conclusions of thisdissertation have a significant meaning in fulfilling the theory of semi-continuoussystem and can help to build more efficient and low-carbon open-pit mines in ourcountry. |
