Landslide and debris flow are both usual serious natural disasters, which seriously endanger the safety of people's lives and property as well as the sustainable development of economic and society. Take the Upper Yangtze River Basin for example,the complexity of geological condition,the diversity of weather condition and the unconscionable human activity formed the unfavorable condition that the landslide and debris flow take place frequently,which continously harm the safety of the people lives and property and the transportation and the agricultural industry of persistent.So it is necessary to strengthen disaster prevention of landslide and debris flow,and imply the monitoring and early-warning of landslide and debris flow,and build a a comprehensive prevention system,to provide important safeguards of socio-economic development stability.Considering the importance of hydraulic factors such as rain in landslide and debris flow forecast and early-warning,it is significant to strengthen the research of rainfall model,especially the model of atomized rainfall caused by drainage engineering,and predict the process of atomized rainfall intensity distribution on the slope and simulate the process of slope runoff,and study the stability of slope in atomized rain sphere of influence,and make further understanding of slope erosion mechanism and process,and it is able to support the technology system.The article focused on the construction and technology of prevention system of landslide and debris flow,mainly develop the research below:l.We started a research on the grain diameter of atomized rainfall, and did a calculation for validation.Through the result comparison of simulation calculation and experiment,the result shows that the average grain diameter of atomized rainfall decrease in horizontal direction,and it increase first and then decrease in vertical direction.2. We built a unified model that can describe movement of the high-speed trajectory nappe,the splashing droplet and suspended atomized stream as well as the numerical simulation method. And we did a calculation on the diameter of atomized rainfall and the distribution of intensity for validation.3. We have built a model of rain run-off on the slope,by which we made a numerical simulation and analysed on the water depth and the velocity of the run-offs generated by natural rainfall of equable intensity and the atomized rainfall of un-equable intensity.The research result can support the technology of rainfall-induced landslide forecast and early-warning.4.Based on the data collection, data transmission,data exchange,model storage and system construction technology such as SOA architecture, middleware, components, framework and security,we implemented the forecast and early-warning technology and built the Landslide and Debris Flow forecast and early-warning System of the Upper Yangtze River Basin. And with research results of Xie-Liu-Po Landslide in Zhouqu County of Gansu Province and Houshan Debris Flow in Ningnan County of Sichuan Province as cases, we made some application and analysed the research result, presented the conclusion,and preliminarily built the early-warning interface of atomization rainfall,which layed a foundation for the further extension of the system.
