The Design And Implementation Of Landslide Monitoring And Early Warning System

Landslide is one of the mountains in our country is mainly to prevent disasters phenomenon.Landslides refers to the soil or rock mass slopes,by rivers,groundwater activity,rain water,earthquake and artificial slope cutting factors,such as under the influence of gravity,along a weak plane or soft belt,the overall or scattered along the slope slide down the natural phenomenon.This paper,taking the landslide as the research object,by installing GPS displacement monitoring stations,deep displacement,crack,underground water level gauge,earth pressure stress meter,rain gauge high sensitivity of geological disaster monitoring equipment,through the use of GIS technology,the Internet of things,based on the WCF framework Silverlight development of landslide monitoring and early warning system,so as to realize the automatic monitoring of the landslide monitoring and early warning.Main features include:(1)professional monitoring,using the high sensitivity of geological disaster monitoring apparatus for geological disasters,the corresponding parameters,and translated into manual interpretation and computer can recognize the data;(2)geological ZaiHaiDian management,through the way of webgis,realize to the disaster point display,query,analysis,management;(3)early warning analysis,system based on the system data operation and model analysis,analysis of regional geological disasters in sex,to judge the possibility of geological disasters;(4)warning issued,found that the danger,according to the danger level notice different levels of responsibility,after confirm the danger,according to the danger level start the disaster prevention plan,notify the relevant departments responsible organization is ready to work;5 emergency command,according to certain work processes or steps,planned,organized,has the arrangement,targeted the masses of the impact of disasters around safety warnings or ready to leave and related guidance work.Platform of application,it can automatic analysis and warning information,timely remind the affected people,work for disaster prevention and control provides a reliable decision basis,so as to improve the ability of disaster prevention management.
