Postal communications are the basis of a nation's existence,and the cultural needs of the peoples.Also,postal service is where mail is not only the cornerstone of any citizen's communication,but also a means to deliver books,newspapers,magazines and material and values in a timely manner.From the beginning of postal communications to Mongolia,postal technology has overcome many phases of development to become modern up to today's democratic society.Therefore,it is important to study historically the changes in postage.This study aims to systematically integrate postal communication starting from the Mongolian horse station development to the modernization of the modern postal communications between 1921 and 1990.Additionally,this research has been designed in the form of historical periodicity,timing and its effects.This paper contains titles,six chapters,a list of used books,and annexes.The research this article is based off of is stored in the Mongolian Central Library,written in Mongolian National Archives,documentary papers,scholarly papers,papers in old Mongolian and Cyrillic books and foreign languages literature,and other sources.Within the scope of the study,the history of Mongolia's postal correspondence was studied in the following stages:Chapter One: The following chapter covers the basis of research,the purpose of the research,the importance of the research,the study,the research methodology.Chapter Two: Ancient History of Mailing Stations,an ancient form of Mongol Post,and the history of postal correspondence from the 1921 People's Revolution.Chapter Three: Mongolia's postal relations,policy coordination,characterization of correspondence,transportation effectiveness of postal service,Mongolia's postal stamps,local postal service,Mongolia's postaldeclaring independence from 1921 ~ 1945 research has been related with the social environment of the day.Chapter Four: From 1946 to 1970,Mongolia moved to the peace-time duty process and started the development of the country.The way in which it was transported via air and railway routes,how it was used,and the conditions of the horse-drawn condition that lasted until 1949 and factors influencing the change in state roads,post-service horses,and post-social conditions.Systematic study of the postal correspondence.Chapter Five: 1971 ~ 1990 was a rapid development in Mongolia's postal history.People have been using the postal service in everyday life.During this rapid development,Mongolia joined the global postal service,development of postal technology,collected new information and tested how it was in the country,as well as evaluated by foreign researchers about Mongolia's postal communication,postal delivery process,how the human resources were prepared,and the postal economy.Chapter six: The chapter summarizes the Mongolian postal history process between 1921 and 1990.This research works has following new findings:1.There has been no recent study of Mongolia's postal history since Mongolia has announced its comprehensive international integration and has been innovative as it is written in a single-topic study.2.Includes new facts and information related to the subject of the National Archive of Mongolia and the National Library of Mongolia3.Based on a summary of the literature related to this topic,we summarize the historical postal history of the post-revolutionary Mongolian People's Revolution.
