Tailings pond and waste dump,are two major hazards in mines.As the artificial giant accumulation body,in case of dam failure or landslide,major accidents will be caused.After implementing the quantitative "forecast,warning,prevention" for governance of hidden perils,the difficult problem of controling major accidents can be fundamentally solved.The research about the upper content has very important academic value and engineering significance.Based on the analysis of the common characteristics of tailings pond and waste dump,as well as the shortages of the traditional engineering archives,the field diagnosis theory was put forward by the research,which can guide the establishment of data system for major hazards.on the basis of the data system,the cycle control technology-"diagnosis(D),analysis(A),design(D),treatment(T)" and health records of whole life were put forward.Integrating the above contents,digital safety control technology for whole life can be built up,and its application processes in different stages were also studied.The main achievements of this dissertation are as follows:1)With the geometric deformation of the common feature as the main factor of diagnosis,the theory of "field diagnosis"was put forward.Based on the three-dimensional geometric field from accurate survey and drawing of major hazards,the initial scalar field was formed.Through getting more three-dimensional geometric field of major hazards,the comparative analysis can be implemented.With the time coordinate,the vector field of movement and deformation was gradually built.So,the quantitative diagnosis for major hazards can be realized.Then,the diagnosis theory origin,meaning,transformation of scalar field and vector field were described in detail in the paper.2)Under the guidance of field diagnosis theory,the architecture of data system for major hazards was put forward.The data system was built on the basis of three-dimensional geometric field,and other related data of hazard.3)Aiming at the periodic high satellite remote sensing image data,through the analysis of the remote sensing image characteristics of tailings pond and waste dump,the corresponding interpretation symbols were established.For the huge amounts of three-dimensional points cloud data by 3D laser scanner,preliminary data processing was realized through the tools built by myself.Integrated data processing results from the above files,the three-dimensional geometric field of different scales was set up,which can provide accurate data for data system of major hazards.4)Aiming at the passive control situation in the hidden perils' inspection and governance,the cycle control technology of" DADT " was put forward based on the data system of major hazards.The DADT technology was analogy to "physical examination,consultation,prescription,treatment" of health management process,and integrated with traditional technology and new technology.For "Diagnosis,analysis,design,treatment" of four basic steps,the main content was described in detail,and the technology required by each step was also discussed.5)Throughout the construction period,the operation period,and the closure period of whole life cycle of major hazards,by repeatedly using DADT cycle control technology,the definition of "health records"was put forward.The structure composition and content of health records were described in detail.6)In order to clearly explain the technology needed in the step "diagnosis",respectively,the whole visual field diagnostic technique,the dynamic simulation technology of the whole life,the field diagnosis technology were discussed in detail.In the actual process of hidden trouble diagnosis,these techniques can be used individually or in combination.7)"Analysis”is the core part of DADT cycle control technology.Four kinds of improved professional analysis technology were put forward based on actual three-dimensional geometry field:stability calculation based on real profile lines,dynamic flood computation,the calculation of tailings dam break and the landslide of waste dump based on the accurate initial terrain.In view of the four kinds of analysis technology,the corresponding construction process of model was studied in detail.8)Aiming at tailings pond at operating period,the DADT cycle control was carried out on the basis of data system.The existing hidden dangers were diagnosed and a potential safety hazard was predicted.Then the hidden dangers were analysed by the calculation of dynamic flood discharge and dam break,the corresponding early warning indicators were put forward.At last,the scientific treatment was carried out.9)For the waste dump at construction period,the DADT cycle control was used repeatedly based on two different data system.The problem of present situation was diagnosed,and warning scope of landslide influence was calculated.Aiming at the stability problem from the wrong pile by the enterprise,the treatment measures were proposed carefully.10)Aiming at the tailings pond at closure period,in order to achieve safe closure,the DADT active control was carried out on the basis of the current data system.After"diagnosis" and "analysis",the capacity of flood discharge of tailings pond was not enough.Then a new 3D digital closure design was put forward.Through the technical and economic comparison,the new closure scheme has obvious advantages,which can guide the enterprise to close the pond safely.Thus,by using the digital safety control technology for whole life,the quantitative"forecast,warning,prevention" for governance of hidden perils can be implemented.After this,the major accidents can be fundamentally keep within limits.In addition,a new work mode was provided for safety supervision department and the enterprise,which was easily operated and promoted.
