| Objective:By adapting three groups of different treatments, to compare and analyse the actual curative effect on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy, to find out a more reasonable and clinical efficacy of treatments for CSR。Method:A total of 90 patients were first diagnosed with TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and categorized into Cold wind with dampness、 Difficiency of blood and qi. Coagulation of blood and qi and Difficiency of Liver and Kidney。And the 90 numbers randomized into A、 B、 C three groups, each group contains of 30 persons, group A 30 persons、 group B 30 persons and group C 30 persons, patients were randomized and distributed accordingly into group A; acupuncture with manipulation group B; manipulation with heat treatment and group C; acupuncture with heat treatment。The participants undergo treatments of three months. At the end of intervention, validated with AF-36 scale, examination of neck physiological function and muscle strength with CASCS。SPSS 21.0 software was applied for statistic treatment result。Result:(1)The’ Age & ’TCM Diagnosis Group’:patients with the age of 35-49 scored the highest number among the ages deployed in the three groups; the Liver and Kidney difficiency group consisted of the most number of patients which diagnosis from the categorized TCM of three group, and the middle and old ages are often occurred among the CSR, and the pathogensis was mainly caused by the Liver and Kidney difficiency group。(2) There was no significant differences (p>0.05) but have comparability among the three groups in the distribution of gender、 ages TCM (traditional of Chinese Medicine) diagnosis、 Efficacy of treatment and comprehensive integral of(VAS)、 comparative syndromes before and after treatment。(3) The CASCS scale evaluation the efficacy among the three groups on CERVICAL SPONDYLOTIC RADICULOPATHY;group A scored 72% follow by group C 71.4% and group B 50.7% respectively。(4) The clinical efficacy of treatment in SF-36; group A with 34.57% established the highest score, followed by group C 27.15% and group B 25.71% respectively。(5) The average means of group A is 5.87-2.87=3, group B is 5.90-3.20=3.7 and group C is 5.37-2.77=2.6, that shows the clinical efficacy of VAS before and after treatment of the three groups was comparable; and averagely there was dropping in the threshold of pain of 3degrees. Conclusion:Comparing to the other two groups,the clinical efficacy of(group A) is more relieving the pain and numbness of the Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy than (group C) combination of acupuncture and heat treatment and(group B) combination of manipulation and heat treatment。... |
