| ObjectiveThis study of Clinical Research of Combining the electroacupuncture(EA)with traditional Chinese medicine massage therapy medthod together using phytoestrogens cream on liver Qi-stagnation for premenstrual syndrome patient was designed to observe the effective of electroacupuncture combined with phytoestrogen(PE)extract on Vitex agnus-castus(VAC)massage cream,combined with Chinese medicine electroacupuncture,massage techniques to cooperate with Western countries Phytoestrogen Cream for Treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome(PMS).The purpose of this clinical study is to explore the use of the below three as a comprehensive therapy To provide a more fast and effective treatment results by using the comnibination technique of acupuncture and acupuncture electric machine and traditional Chinese methods of massage technique and phytoestrogens cream derive from Vitex agnus-castus(VAC),hoping to provide a comprehensive clinical treatment to those women who face the seious premenstrual syndrome which affects their daily life.MethodsCollecting the total number of patients effective between June 2015 until January 2017 at the acupuncture clinic in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia,with reference to the year 1994 People’s Republic of China traditional Chinese medicine industry standard "TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy standards" of liver qi stagnation.At the same time,the State Administration of Traditional and[1]State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,together combine with western diagnosis of the US Obstetricians and Gynecologists(ACOG)[2]recommended the development of diagnostic criteria for premenstrual symptom(PMS).The 90 patients diagnosed with PMS liver QI stagnation,patients were randomly divided into three groups:one treatment group and 2 groups of control groups.The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with Vitex agnus-castus(VAC)massage cream;two control groups:control group 1 using the simple electro-acupuncture with normal ordinary massage cream contain glycerine,control group 2 using electro-acupuncture only,each group contain of 30 cases.Time and duration of each treatment for the treatment group and both control groups,treatment will begin two weeks(14 days)before menstruation,once every two days,twice a week before two weeks of continuous therapy,total of four times treatment in a month.Continuous treatment for three normal menstrual cycle.The use of conventional acupuncture to take the main points of the Danzhong(RN17),Qihai(RN6),Taixi(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral),Sanyinjiao(bilateral).If insomnia plus Shenmen,Neiguan(bilateral);Breast tenderness plus Naiguan(bilateral),Qimen(bilateral);Headache plus Taiyang,Baihui;Emotional abnormalities or irritability plus point Shuigou,Shenting.The use of conventional disinfection,rapid needle and the use of release method,Taixi and Qihai points are using replenish method.Once insert the Acupunture needle,Electric connect the needle handle to the Xin Sheng G6805-I type of electro-acupuncture treatment instrument,set the dense wave,using the frequency of 3-5Hz,intensity 2 degrees,subject to the acceptance and confort of the patient,retent the needle for 30 minutes,remove the needle once complete.The chart for symptom score using the SCL-90[3]and PMS(Liver QI Stagnation)symptoms rating scale from John Bancroft’s Table of Premenstrual Syndrome Scale[4],self-administered by the patient before and 3 months after treatment for clinical efficacy results.ResultsIn this study,90 patients with a total of 90 patients who met the symptoms of liver qi stagnation and premenstrual syndrome were divided into 1 group and 2 control groups.90 patients after treatment of 3 normal menstrual cycle,the results show as below:①The balance between the three groupsThe mean age of the patients was 34 ± 2 years.The patients in the treatment group had the oldest was 39 years old and the youngest was 29 years old.The control group 1 electroacupuncture+normal massage cream group had the meanings of the liver qi stagnation type Premenstrual syndrome in patients with the oldest age of 41 years,the youngest 29 years;the control group 2 electroacupuncture group of liver qi stagnation of premenstrual syndrome in patients with the oldest age of 41 years,the youngest 29 years old.There was no significant difference comparison between the three groups(P>0.05).The statistical results showed that the mean age of the three groups was equal.The average duration for illness of the three groups,shortest was 1 year,the longest was 6 years,most of the patient was between the duration of 3 to 4 years.The patients in the treatment group had the longest duration of 6 years and the shortest period of 1 year.The control group 1 electroacupuncture+normal massage cream group had a history of liver qi stagnation Premenstrual syndrome patients with the illness maximum duration of 6 years,the shortest was 1 year;the control group 2 electroacupuncture group of liver qi stagnation of premenstrual syndrome in patients with the longest illness duration of 6 years,the shortest was 3 years.There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05),statistical results showed that the three groups were comparable between,the total number of patients in the three groups was equal.There was no significant difference in the total score of TCM syndromes between the three groups before treatment(P=0.95>0.05),which showed that the three groups were comparable and could be compared with each other.The total score of TCM syndromes before treatment was 30.00±1.95,the control group 1 electroacupuncture + normal massage cream group were treated with qi stagnation type of qi stagnation group The total score of TCM syndromes before treatment was 24.10 ± 2.07,and the total score of TCM syndrome before treatment was 23.93± 1.84 in patients with premenstrual syndrome of liver qi stagnation type in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).② Comparison of the total effective rates of three groups before and after treatment.There were no significant differences in the symptoms of Chinese medicine before treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in symptoms of irritability and depression(P=0.0001<0.01).After three normal menstrual cycles,there was a significant clinical efficacy(P<0.01)in the treatment group by using the electroacupuncture with Phytoestrogen massage cream,with the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of depression and irritable(96.67%),and the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)was significantly higher(P<0.01),breast pain(96.67%),headache(96.67%)and limb swelling(100%),severe pain(96.67%).Comparison result shown better than the other two control groups.After the three normal menstrual cycle after the clinical total effective rate comparison,results shown the total effective rate for treatment group electroacupuncture+phytoestrogen massage cream was 96.67%,the total Significant rate for control group 1 electroacupuncture +normal massage cream group was 53.33%,the total effective rate was 70%,the control group 2 electroacupuncture group Significant rate of 26.67%,the total effective rate of 43.33%.The results for total effective rate of electroacupuncture electroacupuncture + phytoestrogen cream group was better than that of the other two groups.③Comparison of improvement rate of anxiety self-rating scale after three months of treatment.There are five questions in the anxiety self-rating scale,which are based on the improvement rate.The results showed that the improvement of the five symptoms was significant(P<0.05).Three groups of 90 days after treatment,blush,nightmares,dizziness,or feel fainted,numbness and numbness of the four symptoms of the disappearance rate,the difference was not statistically significant.The remaining 11 symptoms,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Three days after treatment for 90 days,the five symptoms feel that everything is very good;feel calm,and easy to sit quietly;breaths are very easy to feel;easy to sleep and sleep well overnight;hands and feet are often dry and warm symptoms improved The difference was significant(P<0.05).④Three groups of three months after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine primary and secondary symptoms disappeared rate of comparison.There was a significant difference in the rate of irritability between the three groups(P=0.02<0.05).There were 16 cases(55.17%)of the main symptoms of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group and 16 cases(55.17%)of the control group.There were 26 cases in the control group and 2 cases of the common massage cream group.(30.77%),the control group 2 electroacupuncture group 25 cases in the disappearance rate of 5 cases(20.00%).There were significant differences in the main symptoms of depression(P=0.04<0.05).In the treatment group,there were 14 cases(50.00%)in the control group,and the control group was electro-acupuncture + normal massage.In the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).There were 26 cases(26.08%)in the group of depression group and 3 cases(18.75%)in the control group.After one month of treatment,the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were the highest among the three groups,and the effect was the best.After 2 months of treatments,there were significant differences in the rate of main symptom of Traditional Chinese Medicine irritability between the three groups(P=0.00<0.05).The main symptom of Traditional Chinese Medicine irritability in the three groups was 27 cases(93.10%),20 cases(76.92%)and 13 cases(52.00%)from the total of 80 cases.There was a significant difference in depression(P=0.01<0.05),the original number of cases 70 cases,the rate of disappearance was 24 cases(85.75%),20 cases(76.92%)and 7 cases(43.75%).Three groups of patients after three months of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of irritability disappeared rate of significant differences were significant(P=0.03<0.05),Among the 80 cases,29 cases(100.00%),26 cases(100.00%)and 22 cases(88.00%)were eliminated in the three groups.There was a significant difference in depression(P=0.03<0.05),Among the 70 cases,28 cases(100.00%),26 cases(96.15%)and 14 cases(93.75%)were the three groups.After three months of treatment,the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were the highest in the treatment group,and the effect was the best.The clinical curative effect was better than the other two groups.Three cases of treatment after a month of secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine Xiong Xie pain,abdominal distension rate of the difference was significantly different(P<0.05).Three cases of treatment after two months of secondary symptoms of chest pain,abdominal pain,breast pain loss rate was significantly different(P=0.00<0.05).There were significant differences(P<0.05)between the three groups after three months of treatment,the symptoms of chestnut pain,abdominal pain,breast tenderness and body swelling were significantly different,There was no difference in headache(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Liver qi stagnation type of premenstrual syndrome patients with traditional symptoms such as irritability,depression,depression,psychiatric symptoms,abdominal pain,headache,chest pain,breast pain,swelling of the physical performance of the body condition.(2)The advantages of electroacupuncture combined with Vitex Agnus Cactus(VAC)cream in the treatment of qi stagnation type premenstrual syndrome are manifested in the rapid improvement of psychiatric symptoms,especially the main symptoms of Chinese medicine irritability and depression.(3)The results show that electroacupuncture and spikelet Vitexin cream although individual treatment can also regulate the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome,but combined with two treatment methods,the efficacy was significant.Therefore,the combination of electroacupuncture+ spikelet Vitexin cream therapy is sure,safe and reliable,improve the clinical efficacy of no side effects,for the prevention or treatment of premenstrual syndrome to provide a new clinical effective method. |
