1.Objective This subject studied the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Dong’s acupoints for the treatment of premenstrual syndrome of liver stagnation and qi stagnation, and observed the clinical efficacy of Dong’s acupoints for the disease, and provided effective and reliable acupuncture treatment ideas for the disease.method.2.MethodSixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for the disease were randomly divided into a treatment group(Dong’s acupoint group)and a control group(conventional acupoint group),with 30 cases in each group.Patients in each group were treated with acupuncture during the luteal phase, and were treated until the second day after menstrual cramps, with acupuncture for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles. Before and after treatment, the two groups of patients were assessed with Daily Record of Severity of Problems(DRSP),Premenstrual Syndrome Self-rating Scale(PMTS)and TCM Syndrome Score Scale, and compared the treatments. The differences between the front and back groups and between the two groups were evaluated to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dong’s acupoint group and conventional acupoint group for the disease.3.ResultsThe course of disease, age, and condition of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pre-treatment scores of DRSP,PMTS and TCM Syndrome Scores were also not significantly different(P>0.05),which was comparable. After 3 months of treatment, there was no significant difference between the Dong’s odd acupoint group and the conventional acupoint group in terms of effective rate for clinical symptoms(P>0.05).The DRSP scores of the acupuncture Dong’s odd acupoint group and the acupuncture conventional acupoint group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in DRSP score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),Indicating that there is no significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups. The PMTS scores of patients in the Dong’s odd acupoint group and the conventional acupoint group were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05),but the two treatment programs had the same effect in improving the PMTS score, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes of the Dong’s odd acupoint group and the conventional acupoint group after treatment were significantly improved(P<0.05).Compared with the conventional acupuncture group, the Dong’s acupuncture group had better curative effect in improving TCM syndromes.Excellent(P<0.05).In the follow-up comparison between the Dong’s odd acupoint group and the conventional acupoint group after the end of the 3 menstrual cycle treatment, the long-term efficacy of the Dong’s odd acupoint group was better than that of the conventional acupoint group(P<0.05).4.Conclusion(1)Acupuncture at Minghuang,Tianhuang,Qihuang and conventional acupuncture points have obvious therapeutic effects on premenstrual syndrome of stagnation of liver and qi.(2)The therapeutic method of acupuncture at Dong’s acupoints has more curative advantages than conventional acupuncture in terms of reducing TCM syndrome points.(3)The treatment program of Minghuang,Tianhuang, and Qihuang acupoints of Dong’s odd points is better than conventional acupoint treatment programs in terms of long-term curative effect, and can reduce recurrence.
