| In the context of western learning,opening policy in modern times,with the construction of Middle East railway,Harbin quickly completed the transformation from the small fishing village to an international metropolis.In the complex international situation and the urban development course,the influence of outside culture guides urban culture construction and formation.This paper is based on the construction of the art culture space in the process of Harbin urbanization and studies the visual culture body of this emerging city including commercial art,painting creation,official art,fine arts education and image of printing,at the same time different fine arts areas’ organizations,main character,political intentions of interest group also are discussed which is represented by fine arts leaders.The positive role of foreign art in the formation of Harbin city culture is clarified,it is also a strong complement to the study of the local history of Harbin.From the point of view of the art history,this study becomes the starting of Harbin’s fine arts research history and because of the special performance of this period history during the incoming process of western paintings,wide influence,the height creation on western paintings,the advanced degree in fine art education,modern Harbin city art became an integral of modern Chinese art history and a typical example of Chinese and foreign art exchange history.This paper is made up of seven parts.The first part is the first chapter,the title is historical clues which discuss Harbin fine arts background and structure.The content is to briefly date back to the art and culture origin of ancient Harbin area,to comb the complex administrative districts of Harbin in the modern times,to make the geographical scope and change of designation of this article clearly,to analysis the modern art culture background and formation factors of Harbin area which contain railway and immigration.The second part is the second chapter,the title is westernized fashion which concerns about the changes of Harbin commercial art.After the opening of commercial port,Harbin is shaped by the westernized fashion and rapidly develop its trade and economic.Pop aesthetic tendency and social acceptance of people there are influenced during the process of alien business brand transplantation.In the complex business competition,alien’s commercial trade begin to appear the transformation of local design style which shows the inevitable trend of fusion during the cultural exchange process.This chapter combs the formation reasons and form of alien commercial trade art style,make alien mature commercial art influence clear on business philosophy,sales approach,brand design and spread.The third part is the third chapter,the title is westernized painting which discuss the popularity and performance of Russian alien westernized painting.This chapter analyses the early imperial Russian colonial policy toward China,and focuses on the development of more practical function of fine arts which contains stage art,poster design and clothing design due to the construction of Sino-Russian railway.The direct introduction of Russian alien’s oil painting,religious murals promote the spread and flourish of Harbin westernized paintings and shape local style of painting creation.This chapter also clearly shows the difference between Harbin westernized painting style and other cities of that,combs the Russian alien private art school and cultivation of talents.Russian alien westernized painting has deeply and strongly influence to Harbin artists according to the art education,teaching and art exhibition activities.This chapter analyzes the main body of culture construction is the Russian alien westernized style from 1898 to 1945.Especially before 1930 s the totally instruction of their culture lay the foundation of Harbin art have great influence on teaching system and ways of the schools.The fourth part is the fourth chapter.The title is cultural invasion which contains deepen the war of aggression the fine arts.The development of Harbin city fine arts under control of the puppet army culture also is discussed.Japanese invaders put visual elements which is the symbol of national power system into the use of national flags,medals,stamps,money and so on.At the same time,different kinds of beautify aggression posters are used to emphasis dictatorship and nation union to gradually form the culture tradition and have influence on people vision during the process of the official popularization and acceptance,to finish puppet country’s political tasks by the control of vision.Holding the puppet country official art exhibitions as examples to discuss the relationship between political situation,literary and art policy,censorship and art exhibitions,to analyzes the aim of them is to fulfill cultural aggression by exhibiting the painting about Pacific chapter.The title is balance of Chinese and western art education which hackles Harbin professional art school founding process by examples of found of art colleges under autonomy.Discuss the art development and evolution of eastern special district,a westernized art college,teaching and management.With the fast union in Chinese modern art development trend,Harbin regional art education ushered in the blooming period of art elementary and higher education.Eastern special administrative region becomes early starting and better development art education region in China at the beginning this proposal which shows the form of modern Harbin city fashion and culture under the impact of different kinds of foreign art.With the cultural symbiosis and interaction,absorption and diversity are the characters of Harbin city culture which have special historical motive,era chance,deep cultural significance,deep influence on Harbin urbanization process.Foreign area art culture impact is main element of Harbin porting citizens’ cultural and aesthetic idea.The development of citizens promotes the formation of city art common space in Harbin and shape aesthetic experience.Early stage city
