The outbreak of ecological crisis has brought challenges to the survival of human beings,and the relationship between human beings and nature is more urgent than ever before.In Marx’s great theoretical system of,there are rich ideas to solve the justice relationship between human and nature and the person and the person.A comprehensive and systematic mining which contains the thought of ecological justice to actively respond to the major issues of the era.This will not only help to highlight the theoretical nature and lofty mission of Marx’s philosophy of "changing the world",but also provide methodological guidance for the construction of ecological civilization and ecological justice.The difference between the natural,environmental and ecological concepts is the difference between the value position and the orientation of thinking.The theory of justice under the guidance of romanticism and instrumentalism is the "center theory"environmental justice.Marx and Engels insist on the ecological view of the unity of human nature and society,to labor practice as a medium,by using the method of historical materialism,beyond the "relationship between master and slave" level of philosophy,to establish a set of existing adjustment object of human and nature,the person and the person relationship between common principles,ecological justice in order to achieve the unity of natural justice and social justice.Marx Engels’s ecological thought of justice has the development of social history,from the perspective of the class of integrity,bright and strong practicality,emphasizing the analysis of cognition and practice problems,and solve problems in practice.In different periods Marx and Engels’s texts have two clues:relations between human and nature,human and society,on the basis of visual experience,philosophy,political economics criticism and the logic of the social construction route,their ecological justice thought after germination,preliminary exploration,basic formation,deepening development stage,the basic form of the system the thought of ecological justice.The development of Marx Engels’s ecological justice thought is divided into two directions,one hand in philosophy critique of the subject and object of the two under the guidance of the old materialism and idealism Abstract mechanical view of nature view of nature,the establishment of a new world view on the basis of practice,has established the dialectical materialism and historical materialism.On the other hand,based on the social reality in the field of political economics,expose and criticize the capitalist alienation labor material caused by the human and nature exchange huge cracks and the personal and social alienation.Using the method of historical materialism,the contradictory relationship between nature and human history of the development of combined study of human and nature,person and person,people and society,the ecological injustice originates in the capitalist mode of production,only the change of social system,the establishment of joint production community,steering can realize the contradiction between the reconciliation man and nature and between the person and the person to achieve the ecological labor.Marx and Engels’s thought of ecological justice has broad vision and rich connotation.In this paper,we give a multi-level and comprehensive interpretation from the aspects of natural ontology,labor practice theory,ecological value and social history theory.Marx and Engels put forward the essential unity of human and nature,the holistic view of nature of man,nature and society,goes beyond anthropocentrism and eco centrism.In the view of labor practice,the author makes a critique of the non ecological justice,such as the counter productive production of the capitalism and the alienated labor.Labor as the material exchange between man and nature,ecological justice can not be achieved without the ecology of labor.From the point of view of ontology and practice,it breaks through the cognitive paradigm of subject and object two points of traditional value philosophy,and affirms the value and significance of natural existence.In the view of social history,it is pointed out that the issue of ecological justice is not only the problem of how to deal with the relationship between man and nature,but also the problem of how to deal with social relations.Advocate the unity of humanism and naturalism,the unity of human ecology and natural ecology,the unity of natural justice and social justice.Marx’s thought of ecological justice is full of philosophical critical spirit of ecology and the ecological practice of changing the world,which is of great significance to the construction of the theory of ecological justice in china,in promoting the construction of ecological civilization,the realization of the beautiful Chinese strategy,the implementation of the five concepts for development and other aspects have a profound enlightenment.The construction of China’s ecological justice theory should be guided by Marx and Engels’s thought of ecological justice,take China’s rich ecological culture as the source,rooted in the great practice of the construction of ecological civilization China,absorb and learn from the western ecological justice theory.The theory of Chinese ecological justice requires the people’s interests as the core,the reform of the social system and mechanism as the driving force,the broad participation of the public as the guarantee,the scientific and technological innovation and the humane care as the booster.In the global ecological crisis,ecological colonialism continues to expand,the reality of environmental disputes continue to occur,Marx Engels’s thought of ecological justice increasingly shows its power of theory and practical guidance value.
