| The study of "Things" in ethnology argues that people and things are mutually defined that like people with life,objects and people in the common cultural context of the mutual main object,define each other and construct each other.The study of ethnology should follow the object itself,describe their meaning in their form,their purpose and their trajectory.By tracing the social life of things to explore how things act on people,and how people endow things with different meanings.The interaction between objects and people is not confined to a single region but depend on the expansion of the world economic system and the infiltration of capital,be placed in a diachronic,cosmopolitan context.A profound analysis of social life history,to a certain extent,can be reversed view of a region’s social development history.In view of the important status of tea in social life and the particularity of separating its place of origin and consumption,writing the life history of tea can not only understand the commodity meaning of tea circulation in different periods,and we can also use tea as a medium for people and their society in different time and space.Furthermore,the perspective of ethnology and human society is extended to a wider space and time,"Ancient and Present","Inside and Outside","up and down" as clues to outline the tea-related human society’s stereoscopic picture.Six Pao tea belongs to the black tea class,named since the town of Wuzhou Cangwu County,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.It has the characteristic of "the taste is separated from the bed".After the Opium War,with the deepening of the colonization of the Southeast Asian region by western colonialism,and the accelerated disintegration of rural natural economy in china’s coastal regions,a large number of Fujian and Guangdong immigrants in the form of "indentured laborers" to move overseas,and at the beginning of the migration,they maintained a lifestyle and habit of emigration in order to form the Chinese consumer market in Southeast Asia.Furthermore,Guangdong merchants lost the policy advantage of "a trade" in Guangzhou,active exchange between Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao and Southeast Asia,engaged in commodity trade activities such as domestic indigenous exports and foreign commodities,the commercial control of Guangxi especially Wuzhou is particularly prominent.Six Pao tea in this context,converted from the indigenous identity of the mountainous region of Guangxi to the native product of overseas hometown.With the convenient transportation environment of Six Pao and Guangdong province.Through the hand of Guangdong merchants to go out of the mountains and go abroad,selling Nanyang labor market.Previous studies focused on tea in southeast and southwest China,didn’t pay much attention to Lingnan tea,and so the research of Six Pao tea will make up for the insufficiency of this link.Therefore,this study selected Six Pao tea from the period of Opium War(1840)to the War of Resistance(1938 Japanese Occupation of Guangzhou)from germination to prosperity.It wants to discuss the production,circulation and consumption of Six Pao tea in Guang Fu area and Southeast Asia,and explain the whole significance of the interaction between the Six Fort tea and local society.Six Pao tea to get its own significance,also the world market and rural society linked to the significance of,and in the interaction of people,things and transportation,the effect of the transformation of the meaning of "things" on the market and society.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter describes the growth environment,natural circulation environment and cultural environment of Six Pao Tea so as to make clear the regional geographical condition and humane social background.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of the name,origin,technology and history of the Six Pao tea,and then discusses people how to add the significance to the Six Pao tea.The third chapter focuses on the process of Six Pao Tea coming out of the mountain.This process originates from the external power stimulation from the development of commodity economy in Wuzhou,also contains six internal economic kinetic energy release.Through the control of material exchange and water transportation,the Guangdong merchants have formed the force of internal and external forces,which has a profound social influence on the six fort in the mountainous area,making it a branch of the commercial economy network established by Guangdong Merchants in Wuzhou.The fourth chapter writes the contributing factor of Six Pao Tea going abroad,when Guangzhou tea trade declining,under the background of the increasingly complete entrepot trade in Hong Kong,Guangdong merchants have discovered the commercial value of Six Pao Tea in time,and depend on the developed of Xijiang shipping,the progress of ocean transportation and the operation of Lian Zhuang,which is spread over China and abroad,helping six Fort tea be exported to Nanyang to meet the local "Nanyang" needing for survival and identification of immigrant communities.The fifth chapter mainly depicts the identity conversion process of Six Pao tea.Six Pao tea from Guangxi mountains,in the operation and control of Cantonese to Guangdong province of overseas hometown tea conversion,then,after the commercialization of the commercial network of the Chinese merchants in Malaya into the daily life of Malaya,and in the large consumption of tin ore field workers,the identity of the workers were given the "Labor tea".Through the above analysis,this paper believes that,in the middle of 19th century to the middle of 20th century,with the new regional economic environment to create export channels and the historical opportunity of consumption,Six Pao Tea’s production and sales have reached unprecedented.In the commercial operation of Guangdong merchants and the catalyst of traffic factors,Six Pao Tea formed a"mainland production-Hong Kong entrepot-Nanyang Consumption"circulation path.In the production to form a series of tea-core work activities to accelerate the disintegration of local rural natural economy,prompting people from the Family Division of Labor to social division of labour.In the circulation,the Guangdong merchants by blood,the geographical establishment of the network operation,the six Fort Tea each circulation link implementation control,so that it completes from the native to the commodity conversion.In the place of consumption,Six Pao Tea became the necessities of life for the Malayan Miners and was endowed with the origin and identity of the people.People’s identity through the tea is shared and strengthened,its emotional condensation and the protection of economic interests in the choice of tea has been manifested and highlighted,and the meaning of tea in the human social relations are sublimated.Furthermore,tea not only interacts with people in the regional transformation,but also in the circulation of time to connect people and society,through the "internal and external" evaluation of the different discourse to obtain rich social significance,with different sensory experience to achieve human body and mind exchanges.In the ancient and modern rotation,six fort tea has been "labor tea" gorgeous turn for the local symbol logo,under the game of different interest groups,its history has been repeatedly excavated,its value is constantly commented,its significance was reshaped,showing a period of time and space
