Study On The Evaluation System Of Green Highway Construction Management In Guangdong Province Based On Life Cycle

Highway transportation is an important support for national economic and social development and an important part of transportation construction in the new era.To better carrying out the "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" five development concept,to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and create green traffic,solve the existing evaluation system in green highway construction is imperfect,this study applies to the green highway evaluation system of Guangdong province as the basic starting point,is committed to actively guide and promote green highway in Guangdong province provide certain guiding significance to the sustainable development.In this paper,through investigating more than Guangdong province highway research,in the understanding of green highway development at home and abroad on the basis of evaluation system and green highway development,comb the concept of green highway,based on the top-level design concept and the whole life cycle concept,put forward the green highway should plan ahead,with green highway planning and design,construction,operation and maintenance,the three stages of considering how to implement green highway construction as a whole.Through the analysis of the existing research results and field investigation results,the combination of Guangdong green highway screening identified out of a certain representative index of green construction,put forward the evaluation index in Guangdong province green highway roads all the various stages of life cycle,divided into the highway green design,green highway construction,green highway operational three level indicators and 11 secondary indicators and 47 tertiary indicators.Secondly,according to the Delphi method,through expert consultation,and using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of green expressway evaluation index in Guangdong Province,the weight from large to small is green expressway construction,green expressway design and green expressway operation,to establish the evaluation index system of green expressway in Guangdong Province.Finally,by Longhuai expressway in Guangdong province as an example,the analysis of engineering examples in the green engineering measures taken by the highway management,using the established evaluation index system of green highway in Guangdong province to evaluate green highway construction Longhuai high-speed,grading result was 92.5,think Longhuai high speed is a practical reference significance to the green road.According to the evaluation results and the project situation,the improvement measures are proposed.Through the application of the evaluation system and the evaluation model,the rationality and applicability of the evaluation system and the evaluation model are verified.
