The chemical fiber manufacturing industry is an important pillar industry of textile industry;the materials in the production process could be mostly the inflammable and explosive hazardous chemicals.Furthermore, the fire risk for the production process and equipment could be mostly class A and class B,with the centralized and intensive plant area and tank area layout. In case of fire and explosion accident,it is easy to cause domino accident between devices and equipment, which will then lead to great accident consequence and wicked social impact. It will also bring great challenges to the fire emergency management of enterprises. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the domino effect risk of chemical fiber production enterprises, and clarify the spreading mechanism of the domino effect. It should also construct the evaluation mode of fire emergency response ability based on the characteristics of potential accident risk in order to prevent and control domino accidents and improve the ability of enterprises to resist the risk of major accidents. The main research content of this article could be as follows:1.From three aspects of material, manufacturing technique and production equipment to analyse the fire and explosion hazards in chemical fiber enterprises. It could also clear and explicit the main risk factors for the causes of fire and explosion accidents.Through analyzing the event tree of the evolution process of hazardous material leakage scene, and taking the advantage of the bowknot structure chart to realize the valid identify for the initial accident hazard sources and scenarios.Combined with the statistical analysis of domino accident data to clear and definite the action mechanism, expansion factor and expansion mode of domino accident for chemical fiber manufacturing enterprise.2.It uses the Bayesian network model to analyse the domino effect,it also takes the coupling synergies of domino accident extension factors into account, and it puts forward the calculation model of the probability of domino accident based on the probability of initial accident, the probability of domino effect extension and the calculation model of the probability of domino accident in the domino scene.3.The assessment method research for the domino effect for quantitative risk assessment of chemical fiber manufacturing enterprise. The accident risk assessment method based on protective layer analysis is proposed which aiming at the inherent risk and domino effect risk of chemical equipment in chemical fiber enterprises.Combined with the probability of domino accident and human vulnerability model, the calculation model of domino effect personal risk and social risk is established.Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research results of admissible risk standard, the admissible risk standard applicable to China’s chemical fiber production enterprises is proposed.4.The fire extinguishing demand and fire extinguishing capacity of fire fighting system are calculated according to the characteristics of potential accident risk in chemical fiber production enterprises;the evaluation index system of fire system emergency response capability is constructed from three aspects of fire system integrity, reliability and effectiveness. The evaluation mode and grade classification standard of fire emergency capability of chemical fiber enterprises are determined.5.Take the Tianjin storage tank area for enterprise of the chemical fiber production as the example. It quantitatively evaluates its domino effect risk and fire emergency capability, which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation method established in this paper.
