Study On The Influence Of Heterogeneous Environmental Regulation On China’s Green Economy Efficiency

China’s economic development has achieved remarkable achievements,and it has been hailed as a "growth miracle".However,in the process of development,excessive weight increase has neglected environmental protection,and it has also paid a huge environmental cost.In other words,we have exchanged the high-speed economic growth over the past 30 years at the expense of resources and the environment.This has also brought about a series of problems such as huge pressure on resources and environment,continuous deterioration of the ecological environment,unsustainable development,and Advancing forward,this "extensive" growth model with high investment,high consumption,high waste,high pollution will make the cost of economic growth more and more,and the demand for transformation of green efficiency driving economic growth is increasingly urgent..The development of green economy is not only the need for China to achieve economic growth and transformation,but also the environmental needs for improving the living conditions of our people.Environmental regulations are an important means of solving environmental problems.Under the current policy requirements for achieving green economy development,the formulation of environmental regulations can effectively help the economy achieve green.Environmental regulation can be divided into command-controlled environmental regulation and market-incentive environmental regulation.Different types of environmental regulation have different implementation methods,regulatory situations,and policy effects,and their effects on green economy efficiency are also different.Therefore,through the analysis of different types of environmental regulations,this paper finds more effective ways to formulate environmental regulations and promotes the efficiency of green economy.Based on this,this paper starts with the review and deficiency of the existing research,analyzes the theoretical mechanism of environmental regulation affecting the efficiency of China’s green economy,and puts forward the main theoretical judgments of this paper,then introduces the development of China’s environmental regulation policy and analyzes the efficiency of China’s green economy.The current development status and the current difficulties and causes,the next step is to apply the panel data SYS-GMM estimation,mediation effect analysis,threshold effect regression and spatial effect analysis and other econometric methods to analyze heterogeneous types from the micro,meso and macro levels.The impact of environmental regulation on the efficiency of China’s green economy,and based on this,put forward policy recommendations for environmental regulation to promote the efficiency of green economy.The research shows that: First,the optimization of green economy efficiency is due to the micro-enterprise’s own technological innovation and the meso-factory industrial structure change.The technical effect and structural effect are jointly promoted by macro-two-way FDI,so this article will be microscopic and mesoscopic.Analyze the optimization behavior of green economy efficiency from three perspectives.Second,China’s green economy efficiency has significant gaps between regions,and it has dynamic,continuous and spatial characteristics.Thirdly,the micro level analyzes the relationship between environmental regulation,technological innovation and green economy efficiency.The results show that command-controlled environmental regulation,technological innovation and green economy efficiency all show significant U-shaped relationship,and market-incentive environmental regulation is due to the current regulatory intensity.The lower performance shows a negative impact on technological innovation,and the effect on green economy efficiency is not significant.Fourthly,the relationship between environmental regulation,industrial structure optimization and green economy efficiency is analyzed at the meso level.The results show that environmental regulation has forced the optimization of industrial structure and promoted the efficiency of green economy.Different types of environmental regulation have different institutional channels for industrial structure optimization.The command-controlled environmental regulation mainly promotes the improvement of green economy efficiency through the rationalization of industrial structure,and the market-incentive environmental regulation affects the efficiency of green economy by affecting the industrial structure.Fifth,at the macro level,the relationship between environmental regulation,two-way FDI and green economy efficiency is analyzed.The results show that the two-way FDI can improve the efficiency of China’s green economy through the optimization effect of the industrial structure,and the two-way FDI to the green economy under the intensity of different environmental regulations.The impact of efficiency is a nonlinear mechanism.The integration and coordinated development of IFDI and OFDI will significantly improve the efficiency of the green economy.Sixth,based on theoretical and empirical analysis,in the process of environmental regulation to promote the efficiency of green economy,we should implement targeted and differentiated implementation of environmental regulation policies,and encourage enterprises to innovate green technologies,promote green upgrading of industrial structure,and utilize two-way FDI.Achieve green upgrades and achieve coordinated development between economic development and environmental protection.Compared with the existing literature,the main contributions of this paper are as follows:First,it should respond to the current demand for green economy development and pay attention to the growth of China’s green economy efficiency.Based on the current “green”development needs,this paper is based on the analysis of green economy efficiency.This paper not only analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of China’s green economy efficiency,but also comprehensively analyzes the mechanism of the impact on the efficiency of green economy from the micro,meso and macro perspectives and conducts empirical tests.Second,consider different types of environmental regulation policies and build comprehensive indicators to investigate them.This paper constructs comprehensive indicators to comprehensively examine the current different types of environmental regulation intensity in China,and conducts empirical tests based on this,so as to obtain policy recommendations for different types of environmental regulation.Third,analyze the impact mechanism of environmental regulation on the efficiency of green economy from a new perspective.This paper examines the impact of China’s environmental regulation on the efficiency of green economy from the micro,meso and macro perspectives of economic development.Through the analysis of the impact of environmental regulation on the efficiency of green economy,this paper proposes a policy suggest for building environmental regulations under different economic structures in China.
