Papermaking is an energy-intensitive industry,the manufacture of tissue paper plays an important role in the papermaking industry and is directly related to people’s living.With the continuous improvement of the industrial concentration and the proposed concept of Industry 4.0,extracting information from industrial data and integrating optimization algorithms to build mathematical models for intelligent production and management of the industry can improve the production management efficiency of tissue paper enterprises,avoid excessive resource allocation in the production process,reduce the production cost of enterprises,and thus obtain the environment and economic benefits.Therefore,this study takes the tissue paper enterprises as research object,establishes the intelligent management platform and energy intelligent management platform considering the characteristics and current situation in tissue paper enterprises,and introduces the APS system in the intelligent management platform for optimizing the supply chain management scheduling of the enterprises.The application value of the platform and system is proved by production practice.This study summarizes the characteristics of raw paper production process,postprocessing process and the automation degree of typical tissue paper production process,analyzes the specific characteristics of the production process of tissue paper enterprises,including current problems,provides a basis for the following established platforms.Based on the above characteristics,this study combines the hardware and internet information technology to design the production intelligent management platform and the energy intelligent management platform,and uses the intelligent optimization algorithm to establish data and optimization models,which can be supplement and improvement of the industrial actual model.The platforms enable multiple functions including equipment management,energy management,production process management,early warning,and optimization.The two platform-related projects have been applied to many tissue paper companies and passed the acceptance tests,achieved energy saving costs of about 7.5 millon yuan,more than 20 millon yuan of production costs,and have good emission reduction effect.The APS system deployed on the production intelligent management platform enables optimal scheduling of orders and product shipments in multiple factories and multiple warehouses.The advanced production system shortens the production time by 6.8% and reduces the cost by 4.2%.
