The Study On The Laws Of The Acupuncture Treatment Of Migraine Prescription Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective: Data mining technique was used to collect and collate clinical literature,medical case and mentor clinical cases in treating migraine,to analyze the characteristics of the acupoints and summarize the law of acupoint compatibility and inductive the teacher’s characteristics,so that we can provide objective basis and reference for clinical treatment of migraine.Method: Using computer combined with manual retrieval of medical books and periodical literature and collect the effective case of acupuncture treatment for migraine.Using Microsoft Office Excel 2013 to establish the acupoint prescription standard database,and statistical methods were used to analyze the etiology,single point,main points,match points,channel tropisms,divisions,specific point properties,TCM syndromes and adjuvant therapy methods,and extract each syndrome type acupoint and import statistical software SPSSModeler18.0,the apriori algorithm is used to analyze the correlation rules and SPSS19.0 software was applied to cluster analysis of acupoints.Results: 1.single points application:29 single points are used,including Taiyang,Fengchi,Xuanzhong,Touwei,Qiuxu,Zulinqi,Neiguan,Ashixue.The main points mainly belongs to Gallbladder meridian and Sanjiao meridian.The specific acupoint properties are dominated by intersection point and five acupoints.The main points mainly concentrated in the head,upper limbs and lower limbs.2.compatibility application:(1)175 main points are used,including Fengchi,Taiyang,Shuaigu,Hegu,Baihui,Taichong,Touwei,Zulinqi,Waiguan.The main points mainly belongs to Du meridian,Gallbladder meridian and Sanjiao meridian.The specific acupoints properties are dominated by intersection point and five acupoints.The main points mainly concentrated in the head,lower limbs and upper limbs.(2)116 match points are used,including Taichong,Fenglong,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Hegu,Taixi,Xuehai,Fengchi,Xing jian,Bai hui.The main points mainly belongs to stomach meridian,Gallbladder meridian,spleen meridian.The specific acupoints properties are dominated by five acupoints and intersection point.The main points mainly concentrated in the lower limbs,head,and upper limbs.3.association rule analysis :(1)hyperactivity of liver-yang : Fengchi,taichong compatibility plus and minus Taiyang,Shuaigu,Baihui,Waiguan,Taixi.(2)stasis blocking channels:Fengchi,Taiyang compatibility plus and minus Hegu,Shuaige,Xuehai,Sanyinjiao,Geshu,Ashixue.(3)Phlegm-dampness retention : Fengchi,Fenglong compatibility plus and minus Taiyang,Shuaigu,Baihui,Yinlingquan,Touwei.(4)deficiency of qi and blood:Zusanli,Taichong compatibility plus and minus Fengchi,Taiyang,Shuaigu,Baihui.(5)Kidney empty:Fengchi,Taixi compatibility plus and minus Taiyang,Shuaigu,Shenshu,Sanyinjiao.(6)Hepatobiliary syndrome:Fengchi,Taichong compatibility plus and minus Shuaigu,Hegu,Xingjian,Baihui.(7)shao yang migraine:Fengchi,Yanglingquan compatibility plus and minus Shuaigu,Waiguan.4.Shuaigu,Fengchi,Taichong,Baihui,Shenting,Hegu,Benshen,Sishencong,Ganshu,Waiguan,Sanyinjiao are mainly used by Prof.Yang.The main points mainly belongs to Gallbladder meridian,bladder meridian and Du meridian.The specific acupoints properties are dominated by intersection point five acupoints and back point.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of migraine emphasizes the treatment of syndrome differentiation and treatment,points should choose fewer but better,single points or choose local combined distal end points,especially pays attention to the application of the specific points.The teacher’s clinical evidence for the treatment of migraine basically follows this rule.In addition,the tutor also pays attention to the application of the adjustion of the mind and the back points.
