Data Mining Based On Rule Of Choosing Acu-points For Stroke-hemiplegia In Modern Acupuncture Clinic Research

Objective:The paper summarizes the acupuncture treatment of stroke-hemiplegia meridian using rule, rule of acu-points compatibility and specific use of acupuncture point law, so as to provide a reference point clinical selected square and using for reference.Methods:The paper retrieves from1978to2011. Chinese journal of domestic acupuncture all clinical medical research literature, and analyse of the characteristics of stroke hemiplegia acupuncture prescription. The method of literature retrieval includes computer retrieval and manual retrieval. The retrieval has been limited from1978to June.2011,and the search term has been limited to "hemiplegia or PianKu or half-paralyzed or the sequela of or stroke sequela." Intervention measures are set as acupuncture. Basis, ruled out into standard to confirm the into the analysis literature in literature, contents and characteristics, this study uses Microsoft access2003to establish "the sequela of modern acupuncture clinical literature database", which includes the relevant content of every document meeting the standard into the access database, the database gives priority to the table of acupuncture prescription, under which is the sub-table of acu-points. The table of acupuction priscription includes the names of articles, the source, the names of the target dieases, the original names of the dieases, the stages and classification of the dieases, the specific operation of aucupuction, masterpoint, method of needling and moxibustion etc. Next, the data will be introduced into the "data digging software of acupuction" to receive pretreatment. After standardlizing the names of acu-point, the paper make a statistical analysis of acu-point, meridian and specific acupoint and present the result in forms. Next the using chararatstics and the compatiblity method of acu-point, meridian and specific acupoint are analyzed so that the compatiblity law of the treatment of stroke-hemiplegia could be revealed.Results:The most frequently chosen acupuncture points successively:HeGu, ZuSanLi, QuChi, JianYu etc acu-point of yang channel, and the copatiblity of QuChi together with HeGu, ZuSanLi, JianYu, YangLingQuan ect is most common. The main meridians involving are Meridian of Hand-Yangming, Meridian of Foot-yangming、 Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang、Meridian of Foot-Taiyang、Meridian of Hand-Shaoyang、 Meridian of Foot-Taiyin、governor meridianect. As far as choosing acupuction points on body parts, the use of acupuction points on the lower limb and the upper limb is most frequent.. The choosing of specific acupoint takes majority, while among the specific acupoint, five-shu point is most common, confluent acupoint take second place.Conclusions:Treatment for stroke hemiplegia rule by the mixture of acu-points Yang, first Yang meridian; Local ShangXiaZhi acu-points location of mixture; the choosed acupuncture point to specific acupuncture point is given priority to, and with five-shu acupoints and intersection point. Choosing acupuncture point compatibility law of modern stroke hemiplegia can be concluded as follows:"Yin Yang and cure disease from Yang lead Yin principle","JieQi pass after the evil in","to take Yang and heavy confused alone of spleen and stomach thought","a health with tonify deficiency take, diarrhea real principle" and so on.Another recommend acupuncture prescription is as follows:(1) HeGu, ZuSanLi, QuChi, JianYu, XieXi, WeiZhong, KunLun, JiaChe, Baihui, FengLong;(2) YangLingQuan, WaiGuan, HuanTiao, ShouSanLi. SanYinJiao, XuanZhong, FengShi, NeiGuan, FengChi.
