Research On Sharing Coordination And Application Of Drug Information In China

In China there are still many problems affecting the information sharing in the field of medical and health information.The problem of drug information sharing is more complicated among them because of the reasons such as:there are many segments involved in the production,circulation and use of drugs in our country;the number of the main bodies in the production and utilization of drug information is huge and so on.In recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the strategic significance of big data,and has regarded big data,a health medical treatment as an important basic strategic resource of the country.Drug directly related to health care,the optimization and improvement of drug information sharing are more urgent.This study is the targeted research based on this issue.Based on the theory of standardization to promote information sharing,this study discusses how to improve the sharing of drug information in China through the way of coordinated methods,so as to provide support in order to achieve a wider scope of drug information sharing and more effective integration of data as well as the better development of drug big data application.This study based on the sequence of commodity information flow divided the main body of drug information sharing into three fields:production and supply,purchase and use,medical insurance.By using the method of documentary research studied the current situation of drug information standardization in various fields,and defined the main drug information standards of the industry.By using the method of comparative research,the main drug information standards are compared,and five common standard fields are analyzed and summed up,such as:generic name;dosage form;preparation specification;manufacturing enterprise,;packaging(quantity or material);and then through association combination,the cross-domain multi-source drug basic information integration model with five standard levels is formed.By using case analysis method,taking Chongqing Pharmaceutical Exchange as an important case study object,this paper analyzes the optimization of information standardization coordination by the driving force generated by electronic drug trading,and studies the working experience and the results of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Exchange on drug information standardization application,which provides the train of thought and feasibility basis for putting forward a platform-driven drug information sharing service model driven by electronic transaction.Finally,taking the price information of centralized drug purchase at provincial level as an example,this paper analyzes the standardization of drug price information,and studies the application of drug information sharing and coordination in the integration of drug price information,price statistics and price comparison.The result of this study shows that the situation of the drug information standardization in China has led to the problem of information sharing,which needs to be optimized and improved urgently.According to the drug and externality principle of platform eco:nomy,the optimized suggestion is that:to promote the comprehensive electronic transaction of provincial drug centralized purchase;to construct the integrated model of multi-source drug and multi-source information and the corresponding standard database.Relying on the information sharing service based on electronic trading platform with more trading participants.
