Research On Information Sharing Platform Of Electronic Medical Record Based On Hyper-convergence Infrastructure

This report presents the distribution of medical and health resources non-uniform,appeared the allocation of medical and health resources has been unbalanced,cause of medical institutions overlap,relates to the clinical medical institutions in different regions,and departments units form their own system since the 1980 s.Due to the medical doctorpatient performance an adversarial relationship,and the diagnosis and treatment in the same kind of disease to a different hospital,what’s more there are some factors include hospitals check,inspection,image data are not related to each other,the problems of information sharing and interaction are more prominent.Due to the information systems used by hospitals in different periods and stages come from different software companies,most of them are based on regional collaboration to solve major chronic diseases,result in different architectures and heterogeneous data problems.It has not realized structured and unstructured full or incremental data capture,data transmission,data storage,data statistics,data analysis and data sharing,including his,EMR,LIS and PACS.Currently,there is no relevant application scenario in the information sharing production environment.Therefore,around the background of today’s era,the information sharing platform is constructed with the electronic medical records of the HCI as the starting point.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Specialist in the original pattern of couplet of medical disease,on the basis of electronic medical records were analyzed according to relevant national policy in order to present the situation and the problems of information sharing,combining with the characteristics of HCI,building model and system of sharing platform of the electronic medical record information,namely to build HCI pattern of data center to meet the needs of member of couplet of medical information sharing.(2)In the ultra strong consistency algorithm HCI features,make the data under the abnormal faster finish checking,prompt medical member of couplet of uploading data security.(3)According to the analysis and design of information sharing platform,build the HCI cloud computing platform and development environment,based on that cloud computing platform for the implementation,verify the system.This study illustrate HCI technology introduction of electronic medical record information sharing platform,combined with its characteristics,analyses key technology selection,implements including the HIS hospital information system,testing the LIS,medical imaging PACS,electronic medical records EMR such as full or incremental data sharing.Verify the feasibility of the platform,and by other parts of the building integration architecture of electronic medical record information sharing platform provides some practical data.
