Recently, more and more hospitals applied mobile techonolgy to promote medical service. The focus of developing mobile medical services is to realize "patient centered" medical services.Under such circumstance, there are many attractive topics, such as how to improve the interaction between doctors and patients and how to create patients’ perceived value. However, there is little research on how to create value in mobile health care. There is no deep understanding of whether doctors are willing to use mobile medical services, how the interaction between doctors and patients affects patients’ perceived value, and the formation mechanism of patients’ perceived value in a mobile medical environment. Therefore, this study is focused on the improvement of mobile medical patient interaction, the analysis of knowledge sharing between doctors and patients, and the formation mechanism of patients’ perceived value.Based on-several mobile medical projects in tertiary hospitals, the study was carried out in two aspects. On the one hand, the motivation of doctors to use mobile medical services was examined;on the other hand, the formation mechanism of patients’ perceived value in mobile medical services is analyzed.Specifically, three questions were addressed:Firstly, what are the factors that affect medical staff’s intention of using mobile medical services? The mobile medical systems are purchased by hospital managers, and the medical staffs,as the staff in the hospital, are passive adopters.Their usage intention cannot be judged according to the frequency of use. However,it was the power of service innovation that medical staff could use mobile medical systems actively.Based on the technology organization change, the usage intention of staff is studied by using structural equation model. The effects of threat perception and inequality perception on usage intention are verified. The personal factors were also verified.Second, how does patients’ perceived value form in mobile care? Mobile medical portability, fragmentation, positioning, and mobile sensing equipment create new service features and values for patients. However, whether the value of mobile medical services is related to these technologies has not yet been proved empirically. This study uses exploratory case analysis method for tracking registration system, mobile reservation system, mobile nursing system and other mobile medical research projects.By comparing the changes of doctor-patient interaction in mobile medical services and analyzing of patient’s knowledge sharing,a formation model of the patients’ perceived value was put forward.Third, how does mobile medical patient interaction affect the patients’ perceived value? Based on the interaction theory between doctors and patients, the knowledge sharing between patients and doctors and the patients’ perceived value, the paper put forward a measurement scale of doctor-patient interaction,doctor-patient knowledge sharing and patients’ perceived value in mobile medical environment.Based on 420 questionnaires from online and offline, the mediating effect of doctor-patient knowledge sharing does work between the doctor-patient interaction and the patients’ perceived value. It not only explains the cause of the innovation value in mobile medical services, but also provides a theoretical basis for the design of mobile medical systems.Comparing the existing relevant research, the innovation of this paper mainly-shows in the following aspects:1)The technology acceptance model of organizational information system is established. The traditional technology acceptance model is mainly aimed at free software, whose type and function of software which is easy to be accepted by users.Based on the theory of technology organization change, this paper considers the bidirectional influences of the resistance to organizational change and the technical promotion factors on the usage intention of mobile medical. The usage intention was adjusted by the personal characteristics(anxiety and self-efficacy)of medical staff. This provides a new way of thinking about the technical acceptance of the organizational information system.2)The formation mechanism of patients perceived value of mobile medical is proposed.Based on the theory of co-creation value, the research framework of the patients’ perceived value is created. After exploring several mobile medical cases, the study shows that the mobile medical begins with doctor-patient interaction;the knowledge sharing between doctors and patients is the key to the formation of patients’ perceived value, which is the ultimate goal of mobile medical service innovation.3)The influence factor model of patients’ perceived value in the mobile medical environment is constructed. From micro perspective of doctor-patient interaction, the concepts of the doctor-patient interaction, the knowledge sharing and the patients’ perceived value are created and their measurement scales are established in the mobile medical environment. The knowledge sharing was verified to have a mediating effect on the relationship between doctor-patient interaction and patients’ perceived value.
