| [Objective]Combination of traditional Chinese medicine theory instruction,the mechanism of TCM symptoms and lung cancer are discussed in this paper,illustrates the lung cancer etiology and pathogenesis,TCM syndrome in TCM and the coordination attenuated synergistic effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine,to eliminate cancer detoxification party research and clinical use provides the theoretical basis of the traditional Chinese medicine,through cancellation cancer detoxification parties combined chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer clinical effect observation and molecular mechanism,to eliminate cancer detoxification side lay theoretical basis for the clinical promotion and application.[Methods]1.Theoretical Study:By referring to the existing literature,analyzing and sorting out,this paper expounds the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on lung cancer.2.Clinical Research:According to bad exclusion clonal formation of lung cancer A549 cells,the changes in the expression regulation of apoptosis-related Caspase family molecular proteins,and the effects on apoptosis-related MAPK signaling pathway.To observe the inhibition of A549 cells’ invasion and migration ability and the effect on the expression level of invasion and transportation-related genes,the molecular mechanism of the treatment of lung cancer with xiaoxiedu prescription was discussed.[Results]1.Theoretical Study:The etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer are asthenia,deficiency of vital qi,viscera evil poison invasion,sputum silt cohesion,the main pathogenesis is the imbalance of Yin and Yang qi and pathogenic toxin concentration in the body,organ dysfunction,the main pathogenic toxin invasion as the key of the etiology and pathogenesis,and the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine is given priority to with Yin deficiency toxic heat,and with the combination of some western medicine chemotherapy drugs have a certain system and attenuated synergies,now part of the mechanism for the exploration,this paper also summarized.2.Clinical Research:From the clinical objective curative effect,the remission effective rate of the treatment group was 40%.The response rate of the control group was 30%.The response rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).In terms of progression-free survival,the median survival of the treatment group was 6.8 months,and that of the control group was 6 months.The survival of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group.By logrank test,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of serum markers,there was no statistically significant difference in serum CEA level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum CEA level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.In terms of immune function,the results of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and CD8 was significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of inflammatory factors,there was no significant difference in TNF-level and il-6 level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,TNF-and il-6 levels in both groups were significantly reduced,and TNF-and il-6 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Changes in quality of life.After treatment,the scores of the treatment group and the control group in somatoemotional function,pain in breath,nausea,vomiting,constipation,diarrhea and general health were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of physical condition,KPS score in the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The KPS score level in the control group was increased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of phlegm,fatigue and insomnia in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Diarrhea score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of efficacy of TCM symptoms(integral ratio method)showed that the effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 56.67%in the control group.After treatment,the difference in efficacy of TCM symptoms between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Experimental Research:Experimental results show that the cancer detoxification elimination can significantly inhibit the cell activity of A549 cells and cloning formation ability,it can regulate apoptosis related gene caspase family,with the increase of concentration,eliminate cancer detoxification party cleaved caspase3,cleaved caspase9 protein levels were
