With the development of our country s economy,especially 30 years of the reform and opening up,unprecedented changes have taken place in peopled ideological and morality.Ethnic minority areas is no exception,minority traditional ethics culture is facing the new challenge.It became a complex issue to be resolved in the ideological education of minority areas,how to improve the ideological and moral qualities in the ethnic minority areas under the new situation,and to provide spiritual motivation and intellectual support for building a well-off society and realize the lofty ideal of China’s dream.As a social practice,ideological and moral education is dependent on the utilization and function of the resources.In a sense,the process of ideological and moral education is the process of its educational resource utilization and function,the effect of ideological and moral education closely related to the degree of resource utilization and function.Ethnic traditional culture and art is creating from the long history development and social practice process of the ethnic minorities.Good ethnic traditional culture and art contains the essence of their long history and culture,including thought concept,value orientation,moral life with etiquette and custom,religion,art,system and so on.It is taken as the basic point of the study,based on the objective description of the understanding and utilization of ideological and moral educational resources,related issues is further expounded respectively from the aspects of theory and practice in six parts.The first part is the definition of related concepts.Ethical and moral education resources in good ethnic traditional culture is the basic concept in ethical and moral education resources theory,the essence and characteristics of ideological education resources are accurately grasped.Starting at the concept definition,closely corntined with the essence and particularity of ethical and moral education,the connotation and characteristics of moral education resources are accurately revealed.The author believes that ethical and moral education resources in ethnic minority traditional culture and art refers to the sum of the various elements which can be knew,be developed,be conducive to moral education purpose by educators in moral education activities of ethnic minority areas.It has the historical origin,the limitation of the number,the share in use,the diversity of the function,the relationship between moral education resources and cultural resources,and the difference from education resources,the political resources with the contacts.In the second part,the carrier for excellent ethical and moral education resources of ethnic minorities in the history are summarized,including ethical and moral thoughts rich in minority literature,arts,and social activities of ethnic minority.In my prespective,the rich ethical thoughts and moral concepts of culture reflected in minority history,literature and arts,and social activities,is the indispensable important component of Chinese national traditional ethics.In the third and forth part,the abundant ideological and moral education resources of ethnic minorities are preliminary classified and discussedin the two chapters.Ethnic outstanding traditional culture is rich in abundant content and source,so to speak,rich varietal and colorful.Culture content resources in the world outlook,philosophy,political outlook,morality from the ethnic outstanding traditional culture are mainly introduced and discussed in detail.The world outlook resource education is mainly discussed from world view of outstanding national minority culture and simple dialectical view of development.And philosophy education resources in ethnic outstanding traditional culture is mainly discussed from the collectivism and the arduous struggle spirit education.Finally,ethical and moral education resources of minority tradition culture and art mainly emphasizes the family virtue education,social morality education and moral education of patriotism in the excellent traditional culture.The fifth part is the discussion for effective ways of ideological and moral education resources in the outstanding culture of the minorities.the kinds of carrier and medium of resources have taken.The author disscussed the effective ways of the ethical and moral education with different national characteristics for thanksgiving parents,treasure-the-life education,harmonious,good faith,and so on,mainly from life growth etiquette,festival culture communication,family marriage customs,social customs,etc.The sixth part is the study on how to improve the effectiveness of ethical and moral education through the using of good minority traditional culture resources.In my view,four principles should be sticked.They are the direction principle,the efficiency priority principle,the level gradually principle,elements coordination principle to improve effective operation mode of morality education.On the basis of it,we further study and state the comprehensive utilization and the techniques,the problems such as resource sharing model of ethical and moral education resources in minorities’ culture.In conclusion,In use of ethical and moral education resources in national minority tradition culture for educational process,is the process of national culture moral education resources be used and played.The reasonable utilization of ethical and moral educational resources will directly determine the effect of moral education.The discussion relevant ethical and moral education resources on theoretical level and practical level,construct both the basic research framework and the basic train of thought for the minority ethics moral education resources study,and also can better guide the use of minority culture moral education resources to practice,thus has a certain theoretical and practical significance to improve the ethical and moral education actual effect in minority areas,and create a new situation of the ethical and moral education.Absolutely,due to the difficulty in the collection and selection of related materials,combined with the limits in knowledge and Chinese language expression of the author,there are still many shortcomings in this research.I would like to express my gratidute to the experts in all fields who will enlighten and urge me for the greater contribution in this area.
