As one of the nine states in the ancient Qingzhou,the region is basically the Shandong province today.In the northern and Southern Dynasties,it is the intersection of the north and the south,which is an important cultural and strategic area.As of twentieth Century 70s and 80s,unearthed numerous exquisite Buddhist statues,attracted wide attention at home and abroad,its typical features for back screen like stone and thin clothing fitted single style statues.The northern and Southern Dynasties were the important period for the development of Chinese Buddhist culture and art.The development of Qingzhou statues was influenced by the great era environment.However,its statues had the important value of connecting the past and the future.Most previous writers focus on the single type statues exposition,the style of novel and India Mathura style made like relationship.However,on the one hand,the back screen image can be said to be the largest image of the northern and Southern Dynasties,on the other hand,it has a strong spirit of innovation.The dragon and the Padma elements are not only for the local screen statues in the style characteristics,but the image of innovation to reflect.However,for this image of many words on the northern or southern influence and relations,for the source of the northern India Association Style of Gandhara and Mathura central statues but involves less,so the background is not comprehensive enough.From the statue of expression,Wei and Jin Dynasties is the forming period of China painting has great influence on later generations,Gu Kaizhi,Lu Tanwei,Zhang Sengyao,Dai Kui and his son,Cao Zhongda,and by the influence of Buddhism and Buddhist art are longer than Buddha paintings,whether it is "Thin bone clear image" or "Effuent from Cao Yi",all the painting style is described,these features are also reflected in the Sculpture Statues on.Therefore,the Buddhist statues in this period are also deeply influenced by the style of painting,and these specific features can also be appreciated in Qingzhou,s statues.From the perspective of image comparison,the form of bronze statue of gold and copper in the period of the northern and Southern Dynasties itself has a complementary relationship with the form of Qingzhou' s back screen image.The style of stone statues can prove each other.The differences in the inscriptions on the northern and Southern Dynasties also reflect different secular relations,which are reflected in the Qingzhou statues.The production skills and material characteristics are also part of the Buddhist statues,and this is also a scientific analysis.In addition,the population flow in Qingzhou should be possible for the sudden ripening of the stone carving technology of the Qingzhou statues.However,the closest relationship with the statues is the related Buddhist sutra,and the way the monks preach is "setting up the way".Therefore,the Buddhist statues must directly reflect the relevant Buddhist ideas.The test period popular with Maitreya and Fahuajing etc.also inadvertently can more accurately reveal the meaning of the form of statues.Moreover,with the revival and construction of traditional culture,the research and reuse of Qingzhou statues is more practical.With the help of 3D technology,it can be more convenient to research and learn,and it is sure to play an important role in this process.
