Textual Research On The Academic Literature Of The Qing Dynasty Anthology "The Analects"

The collected works of Qing Dynasty,which were a large number of quantity and rich in content,are not only the basic information of literary achievements,and have become an important research literature of academic success in Qing Dynasty,because of its outstanding academic value.The research literature about the Analects of Confucius(《论语》)is extremely rich in the collected works of Qing Dynasty.According to statistics,there are more than 320 articles,about more than 300,000 words.The authors of these articles spanned the whole Qing Dynasty,basically reflect the academic history of Qing Dynasty.The research contents of these articles involve the compilation,author,textual exegesis,statements,characters,artifacts,etiquette system in the Analects of Confucius,especially follow with interest in the research of some focus and difficult problems.Therefore,these articles are important research literature reflecting the achievement of the Analects of Confucius in the Qing Dynasty.However,these articles are scattered,not easy to collect on the whole.And most of the authors were not known to research the Analects of Confucius,whose articles are less,views are not systematic,so the previous research on this is not sufficient.The achievement of the collected works of Qing Dynasty in the Analects of Confucius is Comprehensive.First of all,these articles studied some basic problems in the Analects of Confucius,and put forward many new ideas and more comprehensive reflects.Secondly,most of these articles center on the words and expressions in the Analects of Confucius,fully embody the characteristics and achievements of textual research in Qing Dynasty.Thirdly,the prefaces and postscripts to the Analects of Confucius,which include the previous textual annotations and the research context at that time,reflect the nature and the method of the scholars in Qing Dynasty.Finally,there are more articles in some collections,for example.Hou Le Tang Collection(《后乐堂集》)of Chen Yushu,a scholar living in the late Qing Dynasty,and Gu Jing Jing She Collection(诂经精舍课艺集),a collection of an academy of classical learning which was built by Ruan Yuan,which reflect the academic achievements of the articles of the Analects of Confucius in the collected works of Qing Dynasty.In general,the academic achievement of the articles about the Analects of Confucius in the collected works of Qing Dynasty is mainly reflected in three aspects.Firstly,many new views have been put forward in these articles.Most of the authors have acquired a speciality from study,so they often thought that have a unique understanding of a problem and writed articles.Secondly,a large number of documents about some issues related to the Analects of Confucius were collected together,providing lots of convenience for our study.Thirdly,these articles provide a reference for us about study method,learning attitude and academic norms.And every article can be used as a modle for our writing academic papers today.The collected works of Qing Dynasty have a profound academic value,which contain many research material about the Analects of Confucius,and some valuable viewpoints have long been ignored.It is necessary collecting and studying these research material.And then we can expand to the study about the Four Books(《大学》The Great Learning;《中庸》The Doctrine of the Mean;《论语》The Analects of Confucius;《孟子》Mencius)and The Five Classics《(《诗经》The Book of Songs,《尚书》The Book of History,《周易》The Book of Changes,《礼记》The Book of Rites and《春秋》The Spring and Autumn Annals).At present China is advocatjing traditional culture.Under the background,the Analects of Confucius as excellent traditional culture classics and classics of Confucianism,has long been a focus for concern.This research also helps us to learn from previous wiewpoints,and understand in depth the Analects of Confucius.
