| The purpose of this paper is to explain the relationship between movement and music, expound the manifestation of motion in music learning, and analyze the value and significance of kinesthesia in auditory learning. There are two major theories mentioned in the paper: Laban Body Dynamic Law and Dalcroze Approach.Laban put forward the strategy of movement analysis in human kinematics, and his theory of “effect” put forward the four elements of movement, aiming to observe, explain and record the movement,as well as refine the regularity of the expression of emotion in the movement.Dalcroze Approach is a music education method based on the thoughts of Emile Jacques-dalcroze,aiming to develop the ability of music in a broad sense. The first part of this paper gives an overview of the theoretical research on the relationship between "movement and music" in western history, and then discusses the relationship between "body" and "Spirit" in the history of philosophy from Plato’s principle characteristics of "soma" to the content and connotation of Shusterman’s concept of “body” in body aesthetics. The main research core of the previous part includes: 1)the introduction and analysis of Laban Movement Theory, especially the analysis of its “effect” theory,“shape” and movement elements, and the emphasis on Laban’s theory is of great significance to the research in the field of music education.2)discussion on emotional actions: Laban theory proposes that in expressive physical activities, emotions and intentions of each other can be understood through physical processes.Laban movement analysis can also help music teachers to establish better physical expression,as well as help musicians to convey emotions to the audience more clearly.3)The significance of Laban theory for music learning is viewed from the perspective of music education. Therefore,it is suggested that the body plays an important role in the music experience and expression and the accumulation of music experience, and the body rhythm teaching method is also mentioned, which will serve as a reference for the next part.Between the first and second parts of this paper,a transition paper is written to compare the transition between Laban and Dalcroze in historical events and the collision of their views.Transition talks about the similarities and differences of the two people’s understanding of “movment and music”,the starting point and what are the goals to pursue and how to achieve their goals. This paper expatiates the next the total grams of Dalcroze’s thought forming process, from Maurice merlot-Ponti philosophy about this body of subjective experience and know the meaning of the world, the idea to help us understand human is how to think and act as a whole, how the body is regarded as the cognitive and creative elements. The following research questions include: 1)how to think about the relationship between action and music in dalcroze Approach? 2)what are the theoretical bases for the application of body movement in music teaching? 3)effectiveness analysis of Eurhythmics in practical application. These problems are studied and written from both theoretical and practical aspects. The research on dalcroze’s thoughts is mainly obtained from his basic works, critical books and articles. The research on its practice method is obtained through the author’s classroom practice. The research methods of this paper include documentary method, historical method, comparative method, empirical research method, etc. The research questions are related to the philosophy of mind and body in music education, and the concepts and literature of phenomenology and psychology are also discussed. Conclusion points out that from a specific perspective,Dalcroze Approach draw lessons from the theory of Laban movement Theory, aimed at with movement experience and express music, also as a way of writing music, more generally, the music as “voice”of the body rather than the concept of music or abstract knowledge.Secondly, this study reveals the importance of “conscious reflection” for music learning, and clarifies that the combination of action and music can strengthen the connection between body and mind,so as to implement specific music learning in a way to promote personification and overall participation.Thirdly, this study discusses how movement provides material guarantee for testing the sensory quality of music and its relationship with music knowledge, and how it turns our attention and interest to students’ life experience related to music practice. Finally, this paper believes that music learning can make good use of overall physical experience, and physical participation can experience and express music emotion. |
